What a horrible place-- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for your family member's well-being, do not send them to this place. I have a family member here who has fallen MULTIPLE times while on "fall precautions" and the charge nurse and CNA's still lie. They do not watch their patients and treat patients with negligence. Multiple state reports have been sent on this facility and still no investigations. It is sickening that healthcare "professionals" treat elderly patients the way that they do here. The level of patient care here unbelievable and a disgrace.
