  Nancy is a superior executive coach who assisted me with two very difficult business situations in the past two years. She is a calming voice in a storm of chaos and I never would have come out of those incidents as successfully as I did without her insights and feedback. I would recommend Nancy to anyone who wants to "level up" and, as she would say, "show up as your best possible self." I am humbled and grateful for her support and friendship.

  I have enjoyed working with Nancy at Capistran Leadership for a little over a year. During this time we have faced critical business challenges of the pandemic, I have sold a business and have integrated myself and my team into a new organization. Having Nancy's perspective and guidance during this time has been very helpful in navigating these challenges.

  Nancy has been a wonderful group leader and mentor. Our Vistage group has come together very nicely, supporting each other as we discuss our businesses and the impact of the pandemic, the economy , and the staffing crisis. Due to the varied sectors represented in our group we are provided a comprehensive view of the landscape. We support each other as we learn and discuss our issues and concerns. As a mentor, Nancy is only a phone call away , helping me to to be my best self. I am very lucky to be able to work with Nancy!

  Nancy is an amazing coach. She has a knack for pinpointing ones strength and weaknesses and she is able to help you apply both to improve yourself and your business.
  She does all this with the utmost professionalism and you end up with a marvelous feeling of accomplishment.

  I've known Nancy for close to a decade. I've referred her to a number of my personal and professional contacts. In each case, she has proven to be exceptional. Nancy is not only knowledgeable, but she can put information forward in layman's terms because she is invested in her client's success. Nancy is also an incredibly kind and generous individual both personally as well as professionally. Nancy deserves my highest regard.
