They are professional, likeable and were very helpful. The room was great. Microwave, full refrigerator, sink, small stove with pots, pans & utensils.

Clean rooms. If you stay longer than a week, there is no cleaning which means no new towels or wash clothes. In room amenities are great. Note: premium cable like HBO starts on channel 501. Not mentioned in their literature.

Nice and clean, reasonable cost, with great staff. Seriously, a good "hub" for visiting the space coast, for business or pleasure. Beds were fine and the kitchenette was well stocked. except for the beer bottle opener. I needed a better bottle opener. That is literally my only complaint! They even have a business room with printer.

The beds were comfortable, but the TV remote partially worked and the microwave didn't work. We had also originally requested a single queen bed but got moved to two twin sized beds the day of our stay since it appears someone decided they wanted to stay longer. Not sure why we got bumped when we had the reservation booked for 2 months.

The staff was great, the rooms not so much. The bathroom cabinet had water damage, the fixtures were all rusty, the paint touch ups were compeltely different colors, room didn't have a screen on the window on the second floor, and there was a sharp screw poking out of the cupboard. It would be nice if they offered a hand held vacuum or even just a broom in each room since house keeping is only weekly and it's pet friendly. We (a family of 3) were first put in a disabled room with one bed. The fire alarm was barley hanging on the wall and the counter top was cracked all the way and was tilted. The staff switched us to different room with two beds without any hassle. Also, they seem to take advantage of the military and charge suite prices for rooms that aren't suites.

Great room with a nice, unique layout. Well sized restroom. Good choice TV stations. For what there was to see, had a pretty nice view. Comfortable beds. However, the lobby seemed rather small. But, other than that, everything I needed of the place was great.

I stays for one night and the stay was ok. The front desk was great. The beds so so, but one thing finish they had was a pool. While the ocean is near, the pool would have been much more enjoyable.

My wife and needed to stay in the area where she was having her Surgery. she was an out patient but needed to stay close to the area in case of any complications. We live about 45 min from the surgery center
We chose to stay here.
Rafael who works the front desk was extremely helpful even before we arrived. My wife was required to sleep in a reclining chair the first night of the surgery. So I called to see if the chairs recline Rafael answered the phone He said not all of the chairs do but he will make sure we get one, and he did
I meant to turn on the ice maker the Frig the morning we were leaving for an early check in at the surgery and forgot till we were in recovery
I called and Rafael answered the phone I asked him if he could run up to the room and turn the icemaker on because my wife will need ice for swelling. He said no need I will put some in the freezer for you.
Rafael to the rescue again yes 2 bags of ice.

Great stay, Rafi (i believe his name is Rafael) at the front desk was amazing! Very nice, informative and accommodating. Clean rooms with a small kitchen and they even had a little food pantry near the lobby. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location gives it easy access to the beach, the Avenues and many other great-to-visit places in Melbourne. I had a great time and would recommend others to stay here. 5 stars all around.

We experienced an unexpected water leak that required us to leave our home for three weeks! We checked in and the staff was great and having a little kitchen made life a little less chaotic. Location made getting to work easy too. Oh, did I mention one of us is in a wheelchair? The free daily paper was a happy plus for her and gave her something to look forward to. We highly and happily recommend Cottonwood to everyone!
