The reception desk woman is very nice. Not the night shift mister, very unpolite, and not helpful at all. Wifi was not working for me and he was not even willing to help. Rooms are ok. Budget accommodation. Don't expect too much of the breakfast.

Our stay at America's Best Value Inn on 192 in West Melbourne, Florida was very enjoyable thanks to John Finch, the Bar Manager of AB's lounge inside the hotel. He is very accommodating to customer's needs, kept the evening playing poker Friday and Saturday night a lot of fun, lively, and with good spirit. Thanks again, John Finch, for making our stay there a great time, and we'll be back soon!

The lady at the front desk trina, is very rude. So unhelpful and not welcoming at all. The room has roaches and this hotel is full of drug users that hang out in the hallways all night. I will never ever return to this hell hole.. Roach motel

Dirty nasty roaches were crawling in my bed and customer service is nice and warm until you have an issue with the room then they flip out on you! It was just horrible room 139 needs a make over a paint job ashes were thumbed behind the night stand dirty bathroom door and walls and a sour smell in some of the rooms. If your living like that I guess you'll be ok with it smh..I did not want to give a rating but I had to hit at least one star or I would not be able to write this SMH..

This location has a full diner and bar with reasonable prices. The bar area has 2 pool tables, darts, and poker table with free games on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel rooms just have the basics and there's s small pool outside, and the prices are fairly low.

The bathroom floor was wet all of the time - our clothes were wet, not just damp - and they said "yes the rooms on that side have that problem" and yet they are still putting people on those rooms? The furniture/cabinet etc was disgusting - the tops were sticky from the dampness and I've never seen furniture in this condition in a hotel EVER. But the best part was the gum stuck on the headboard and wall - who knows how long it's been there I showed a picture to the front desk woman as we were leaving. $30 would be too much for this place. $70 was pushing the envelope.

I arrived to my room at 3am for overnight sleep and the bed was all i was thinking about. King sized bed sounds nice right?! Well upon laying down the bedding seemed damp, and feeling wet. Ruined the experience of enjoying a king bed.. The channel list seemed to repeat itself and the channel guide info was inaccurate.. Different title to what movie was actually playingand i saw a bug (>_

This motel has been my go-to place to stay when visiting south Brevard County for close to twenty years. Very convenient to I-95 and the surrounding cities.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!
wanted my refund after about 30mins of being in the room.. Room was drity bathroom was even worst and the bed was full of hair !! They didn't want to give me my refund they took us to a different room which wasnt any better.. Clerk in the front told me that i well not be able to get my refund PLZ DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR and dont waste your time there are plenty of other HOTELS around!!!response / report this review -

I was able to stay 4 nights because of the rates here, compared to nearby hotels. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful. The maid staff was kind and caring. I will definitely be back!

I checked in at 4:30, and the person at the desk said that the only room that was available was the deluxe suite for almost $100. Since I was short on money, the man actually discounted the room far enough for me to actually be able to afford it. And the room was very nice! Definitely a great stay!
