The staff were very nice when we check in. The room has a little musty but otherwise very spacious and the beds are comfortable
Absolutely a great place to stay . Pet friendly , great service, Absolutely the only hotel that I have found that let's you your laundry for free , there machines do not cost any money to use. It's great!!!!!!
Meh. It's a hike to the parking garage - and hard to find a space once you get there, but it was nice to have free parking. Hotel was moderately run-down though.
Shady characters lurking, loitering; carpet reeks of foot funk; cramped room; cheap, tacky furnishings. Dryers in laundry were broken. Located in a high crime, drug/prostitution area; very unsafe for my child. Disappointed with fake reviews that failed to warn, so I felt a duty to write an honest review.
Larger rooms. Strong, helpful staff. Large parking deck and quiet floors. Definitely one of the nicer Candlewoods.
Rented a room for one night. The place is an extended stay hotel, so they have a kitchen where you can cook and store your food. Would def stay again. Free parking in the back and they have a lending locker where you can borrow stuff like a blender. It located right next to several other hotels and offer free shuttle to lax
Location is close to LAX. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Also trust worthy staff as I forgot my Kindle and they were able to locate it and get it back to me. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again.
To the left, when you first walk in, there was a sign communicating that cleaners/chemicals used on property have been known to cause cancer and birth defects that was a pretty alarming sign. The room looked clean, and probably were due to the chemical cleaners the room had a strong chemical smell to it. The carpet felt a little damp/muggy so I wore my flip flops throughout. I slept little, very worried about bed bugs the strong chemical smell did not call these fears. I think the hotel is doing the best they can and to make it as welcoming as possible, but I do not think I would return to this hotel.
A decent option if you need to be near LAX. There is a parking structure, but you only get the code once you check in. My room was clean and comfortable. The outside area near the front door good have used some tidying up (cigarette butts, a random chicken leg). But staff were friendly, and the room and experience were fine.
I stayed here for about 2 months. Stay was fine, it was the customer service i received after i had checked out that was terrible. My wife accidentally left behind a necklace wich is totally and 100% our fault, but the hotel found the necklace and logged it in their books. After giving them a call, they told us they have the necklace logged as found and its in a safe room, also that the manager would call us back to get our address and mail it out to us. We never got a call back. We called after a couple days and got a hold of the manager and she hadn't heard anything about a necklace. She looked for the necklace and we were then told that they lost it in their storage area and would give us a call back the next day when they found it. We never got a call back. So the wife and I drove an hour out to the location to talk to the manager directly. When we got there, we sat and waited for an hour while they actually began searching. We were then told that we should leave and wait for another "call back" the next morning. Of course we never received one. So this continued for a couple more phone conversations until the ultimately told us they lost the necklace. "They aren't liable for anything left in the rooms after check out, even if they find it and log it in they books." I'd be less pissed if it didn't take a week and a half and hours of driving to get an answer from them.
This place was great they are very friendly and they have a laundry room there and its free to wash and dry but bring your own detergent etc
