Very nice comfortable bed and linens. Full refrigerator, micro kitchen not needed. Area highways under construction making access a little challenging. Great rates.

We have stayed here multiple times always had a positive experience with the exception that they would not give us connecting rooms which were always requested. This time was differentfilthy floors, fire doors to the elevators closed on all floors. Not sure what changed but the quality was sub par.

The front desk staff was very welcoming with the exception of the only male on staff at the time. He has continually refused to give us connecting rooms or rooms close to each other. This has been going on for 6 years. This visit was the worstthey did not inform us that the entire hotel is now nonsmoking and our bath towels were not only dirty, but had pubic hairs and blood on them! We have already begun searching for other places to stay when we come to Dallas twice a year.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Amazing beds to wake up well rested or even knock out in once you lay on it. Very modernized and clean. Next to Texas Roadhouse, and just great. No complaints, will be returning.

Poor service, no breakfast. Pantry always empty, gym turned into more of a kids playroom. Won't stay here again. Room was decent and spacious. Room service was nonexistent.

I am a guest at the Candlewood Suites in Dallas Fort Worth because of Hurricane Harvey. The check in representatives were nothing but understanding and nice during this hard time for me. The room is wonderful it has everything we need to possibly get by until we can return home after the storm. I really like the free laundry room and 24 hours gym as well. Also the area where you can borrow board games and DVD's are wonderful to keep the children occupied.

Everything has been clean and accommodating. Pets are welcome so it's been a good experience for my dog. There's a decent work out room and great cupboard with food items for purchase.

Lobby is clean, rooms are quaint but clean, management was very friendly, and every employee I saw was busy keeping it that way.

Clean room, comfortable bed, rooms are basically a studio apartment to with a range top and microwave in the kitchen. Great customer service at the desk. Has actual dumbells in the workout room, better than most that only have an elliptical and treadmill. I'll be staying here next time I need a room in Fort Worth.

Is a very nice hotel to stay/be in. Clean place, but the only problem is there's a lot of bugs here and roaches and whatnot. They don't do anything about it. They actually moved me from rooms because the first room I found three large raoches and then moved me to the 3 floor it was fine then I found more bugs. A black beatle that actually my 3 year old daughter found and screamed. They came and took it out that's it and then a weird insect inside my bathroom. I mean this stuff they need to fix and spray each room because any small bug can get in the food or into our bodies is just nasty. We are paying to stay here and to be taken care off.

I've stayed stayed at extended stays before and this is by far the best one. Almost too good to be true.
The staff was super friendly. I have a big dog and most hotels don't allow dogs over like a 20lb limit, and has a crazy deposit. This hotel has a 80lb limit and $10/night per pet. They also have a big grassy pet area.
Can't beat free laundry!!! Just gotta buy or being your own soap.
The gym is very well equipped with different machines and free weights as well as resistant bands and workout ball.
They also have a small store with drinks, snacks, medicine, tea, toiletries etc. at a pretty reasonable price.
As for the rooms. Couldn't be nicer!
Granite counter tops, full size fridge, two burner touch screen stove, plenty of cabinet space, and they have all the utensils and pots and pans! They even offer crockpots, waffle makers, rice cookers, movie rentals all for free. Just ask. I couldn't believe it. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of closet space. The suite we stayed in has a separate room that closed off the living room. Making feel a little more homey.
Nothing but good things! I would definitely stay here over any other extended stay.
