The only thing good was the room. Service and staff is really bad. It starts at the check that takes forever. There was a second person assisting the receptionist. I don't know what was his function but it seems he was there just to look. Access to the room is a bit strange. You cross a long dirty corridor to access the elevators. Well for few nights I could have managed not so big deal. But here I realize they didn't return my driver's license. When I inquire the next morning it's the same guy who was there with the receptionist last night. He doesn't remember and asks me who checked me in. So he is trying to find in some places. He doesn't know. The desk is a bit messy with many documents around. He is trying to call the person she doesn't recall. At the end he was unable to find. How this person who checked me in can't remember ? She should have contacted me in my room to let me know. And how can you ever loose such important document ? I still can't believe they don't find. It can't have disappear ! And it's a document not a valuable there is no reason for someone to keep it ! I really don't understand but I realize that this property has a big problem with their team. I remember the name of the person who checked me in so I'm gonna report her to the manager. But this situation is absolutely not acceptable that they don't know where my driver license can be. In other hotels would have returned me in a hour. I really don't recommend staying at this hotel ! Maybe after replacing some incompetent people.

Staff was friendly and the hotel itself seemed to be in a decent area. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a quick one-night stay. I was a little put off by the renovations going on. To get to the elevators, you have to go through a long hallway with the carpet ripped up, exposing the concrete underneath and it was dimly lit. Also, our room was on the end of the hallway next to the stairway access, so we got to hear everyone going in and out of it until 3-4am. A minor inconvenience, but still made it a little difficult to get good rest. Other than that, everything was fine and I would still recommend as the facilities still seem to be clean and functional. they get a 7/10.

Despite the ongoing construction/remodeling the service was good. Not sure if there is a service elevator for the cleaning crew, but they seem to all be hogging the limited space in the two elevator banks available. The pool and hot tub are clean, gym was a decent size and the warm breakfast was good enough. Front desk service was excellent.

This hotel experience has been horrible! The first night we get in, the beds were ROCK HARD. The Radisson has sleep number-esque beds and ours was broken and stuck on the highest number. It felt like sleeping on the floor. We went to the front desk and the lady was kind. She switched our rooms. We were in town for an event. The next day my husband was late to the event and I could not attend, because we did not have hot water to take showers. The first floor is under severe renovation (No carpet, exposed concrete and drywall) & we had to walk may be 30 yards to the ONLY elevator, outside in 36° weather to avoid the dust. I called the desk and spoke to Gilbert who was nice but was the only attendant, didn't have any support, nor knew what time his manager would be in. I had to walk to the desk from the 5th floor and just happened to catch a supervisor. She was nice, offered to comp our room for the night and apologized. I forgot to mention the night before while getting on the elevator, it began to go up but the doors weren't closed! The engineer overheard my conversation with the supervisor and said "oh that's what's wrong? We had the guy out yesterday but didn't know what was wrong!" We go to get something to eat and when we get back, I wanted to make sure the supervisor took care of our room. The new (and only) desk attendant told us no, she had not, nor did she leave any notes and she wouldn't be in until 8a the next day, but our flight leaves at 6a. We had to spend 10 min with him as he did not apologize but instead continued to tell us why he could not help us! And then to top it all off we go to our room, after agreeing to wait until we land to call the hotel back to comp our room, since we have moved rooms, had no hot water and almost got stuck in an elevator, to find we needed toilet paper (maids didn't replace it) & when we call the front desk, we are told, we had to come get it because they didn't have any one to bring it! This was the icing on the cake!! The hotel does not have room service, is in desperate need of a FULL renovation, customer service training for all staff in addition to hiring new staff and providing support to their staff and empowering them to actually assist the customer. This was horrible! Never again, if I wasn't leaving in the middle of the night yo return home, I would have done like others did and change hotels!

We showed up a few minutes after check in and the room wasn’t even ready. We weren’t upset expecting to wait a few minutes, but 45 minutes pass and we watch them check in many other guests and hand them room keys. We ask the man at the desk for management and he looks super confused and instead tells us that housekeeping is under staffed. We finally get the room keys and as we walk to our room we notice that the entire first floor is gutted and stinks. The room initially smelled like a cloud of air freshener, as we freshened up to leave, the scent changed to that of a dirty diaper. We were in a hurry to leave, being set back almost an hour at the check in desk, and got back late so we didn’t even have the opportunity to complain. The only thing this room really had to offer was a sleep number bed and it was broken. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The stay was amazing and worry free!

I stayed here for a single night, and got one of what seemed the newer rooms. It was in the fifth floor which made it seem very calm. I work in a hotel myself and I did a little inspection before we decided to stay and it was clean even when we moved the furniture a bit. I can sincerely say this hotel was worth the money, just make sure to ask for the rooms in the fifth floor they seemed to be the cleanest.

This is a decent hotel. They are currently updating the carpet in the hallways. That doesn't bother me because it lets me know that the owners care about the property. Very convenient to travelers on I20 in Fort Worth. Good value.

The room itself was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. But the entire building needs a renovation. Small indoor pool none of the ice machines worked and a weird waterfall and river inside the reception area. Really dark mouldy and needs updating. Also weird parking, entrance and the security features did not work(key to access the building) anyone could walk in at any time. The entrance to the rooms was separate from where you checked in.

Not at all what I expected. Being from out of town I had no idea what to expect. The surrounding area is bad. Drug addict was begging at the nearest intersection. Place is outdated. Pubic hairs in the tub. Clientele was shaddy. I did nor feel comfortable here at all. Moved to a new area and hotel next day.

growing up we had a Radisson on the island and we absolutely loved it as a family. My father did consistent business with the hotel. So when I was told that was where we were going to be staying I was excited over a two week span not so much, there were multiple problems while I stayed there including-
-fire alarm going off and the entire hotel having to evacuate at 3 in the morning
-half of the things in the gym didn't work
    - when I took my children to the pool there was a clear over load of people
-I had to literally go down the desk two days in row to ask to have my room cleaned.
So that memory of the "Radisson hotel as a child, definitely wont be the same.

Had a company meeting there and the room we were initially in was fairly small but staff managed to take care of us and put us in a bigger room. Meeting rooms could use a little bit of a remodel to modernize it and look more appealing. Overall served the purpose.
