I recently rented a house through Canaan Realty and could not have been happier with my experience. Everything was perfect. Mirror lake is my new favorite getaway. It is beautiful and peaceful. Everyone in the Valley is so friendly and welcoming. This will quickly become my home away from home. I wish there was a way to rate it with ten stars; it is a little piece of paradise.

We have been coming to Mirror Lake and have been very pleased. Once the hot tub didn't work well but they worked on it.

We tried reserved rental house and they didn't provide any information about details "how to send" or etc and after two weeks lady called me and start to arguing with me with rude speech and with high volume of voice. They should be nice and smooth with customers, specially some one paying 3300$ for week rental. Im not happy with customer service
From now Il be never come back to them.
Have a nice business ladies

Several of us came to Canaan and stayed at 5 Acre Wood through Canaan Realty. Our intention was to kick back with some movies and enjoy the fireplace and hottub. Out of 3 televisions and 3 dvd players not one of them worked. These were advertised as part of the amenities. A little disappointing. Thank goodness for the good company.

We've used Canaan Realty for the last four years years and have been quite happy with them and the properties. We're a group of Northern VA and NYC college and high school friends who reunite for New Years, we've always received exactly what we've paid for. Hellbenders Burritos, Mountain State Brewery, and the Purple Fiddle are all terrific spots.
