Great experience- the road service technician, Alex, just saved me about $500! I thought I had to replace the starter but he helped me troubleshoot and figure out the problem the battery! Should've known but he was a big help and saved me the tow and having the starter replaced.

They were so professional and nice! They kept me updated on arrival and made sure I was taken care of. Alex, the gentleman who helped me, was a really great person! I’d recommend!

Zero star if possible. Stuck in the mud, we call, they say 20-30 min but really 40. Dude comes to the bottom of the hill. Walks up to inspect. Says its 500 feet away in reality its 350. Looks for a solid minute and says he cant do it. His professional opinion is to somehow find a tractor or wait for the mud to dry. Says he need to call dispatch then proceeds to get in his truck and drive off. Then dispatch, not him, calls us and says they cannot do it. Still charges us $74.90. BJ Towing did it no problem in 20 min

Speedy fast service and friendly! I've had the pleasure to work with BOTH Robert B. and Harold Warner. I locked my key in my car (now twice) $74.20 was the total. The guy(s) was here fast and got the car open in less than a half hour from phone call to door open! I've never locked my key in my car. I hope to never do it again (3rd time) but if I do, I know who's getting a phone call (again). Something to be said about consistency!

Thank you to Jess and Robert for a great first time towing experience. Jess took my information down a week ahead of when I needed the tow. When I called back a few days later to confirm the appointment, the gentleman that answered stated Jess saved the info on a note and he had everything he needed for the pick up. Jess called the day of the appointment to let me know when Robert would be there with the tow truck. He was on time and did the hook up in a downpour without saying one "negative" word. Great professional people, plus the bill was $7.00 cheaper than quoted.

Car wouldn't start, and not long after placing a tow request, Campus towing contacted me and sent Alex to help. It turns out my car had a unique security issue that Alex was able to fix! I was home less than an hour after placing my tow request. Also, fantastic customer service! Alex did a wonderful job and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely contact Campus Towing next time I need help.

Man! Harold was great!!!
Me and my boyfriend magically locked the keys in the car after just arriving back in town at 8:30am.
Harold arrived way before the AAA estimated time. And he was patient with my car (because it kept relocking him out)
And he kept a good smile the whole time.

A 'thumbs-up' to "Harold" of OCar Towing. Yesterday, May 23, after shopping at the local Earl May Nursery, our vehicle would not start. We placed a call to AAA and 40 minutes later Harold arrived. He checked our vehicle and determined the problem was the battery. He installed a new battery, checked diagnostics and we were on the road in 25 minutes. We really appreciated Harold's efficiency, knowledge and skill , as well as his pleasantness. He's a great PLUS to the AAA team. Lily Lee & Lye V Miller

Great service from all of the staff at Campus Towing (Jessica, Tyler, Harold). Everyone was friendly and professional and made sure I knew help was on the way. I was having difficulty starting my car. Harold checked the system, identified the problem, and got me started. Thank you!

There is an angel driving a tow truck. His name is JUSTIN! I had the pleasure of meeting him while I was in dire straights with my car. My car quit on me and I walked to the fas station. I saw JUSTIN in an Off Campus Towing Truck. Asked him if he was busy. He said yes, but what can I help you with? He not only towed my car at that moment but took a look to see if my car might be a quick fix. After a few attempts to start it, he suggested I have a mechanic look at it. It's Friday afternoon. I am at the shop. They are looking over my car and giving me a loaner, if need be. I'm from Burlington. So, this is a blessing. Thank you Off Campus Staff!

Had great service from Campus Towing today. Needed a jump start for my batteries. They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and the person who came to jump my car, Alex, was very friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciated their assistance today!

Traveling from Des Moines to Davenport today and had a flat on I-80. I called for roadside assistance and received a call from Campus Towing within minutes. Within 10 minutes, Harold showed up with a friendly smile and changed my tire. On top of that, Harold gave me a listing of nearby tire dealers to repair my tire. Just like the business card says, "Still providing old fashioned services". Thanks Harold for making my day better, the world needs more nice guys like you.
