We bought our first camper worst experience ever. We want go back we will go somewhere else staff there is rude camper is less than 6 months old and spent over two months there fixing things don't buy one with a window unit in it warranty doesn't know how to fix the problem they started putting window unit in them to save money we're on #5 they hold water and they start to form mold the control speed dosent change the speed of the fan they basically told me its not there problem camping world can't want do anything unless warranty does something

Went to look at a camper they had online and was ready to buy. When i got there was told camper had been on lot for 600 days and the slide outs had leaked and much damage. Then to make matters worse was toilet paper in toilet and hairs in sink and shower and have pictures to prove it all. When i tried to complain the next day manager would not return call or even speak to me. I do not recommend this dealer as i went to Panama City the next day and bought a travel trailer and was a pleasant experience.

We were there for some camper accessories and the nice helpful lady told us we'd have to go to the service desk to get one item. The rather large man at the service desk told us to go back to accessories. He didn't bother to get up or direct us to the exact location. We gave up and decided we'd just do like so many folks do these days and order online. The prices should be much better and the customer service can't be much worse. Camping world prices are out of this world! 🤤

Will never recommend, I purchased a brand new fifth wheel from camping world in Dothan AL, we worked with multiple salesmen and women were promised multiple things and never received anything. I have a page of discrepancies from a two separate slides leaking to molding not being nailed on one end, soft sagging floor and also gaps in the floor that you can put your thumb in through the carpet. Our experience with the Dothan location has been awful besides trying to push us off to another dealership to deal with the problems to not returning phone messages, my wife has called multiple times and asked other people to give the Sales Manager a message to leaving two personally on his phone. to this date he has never returned her calls after many promises of taking care of our camper issues. BIG THUMBS DOWN, I will inform every person that I ever speak about camping or buying campers, fifth wheels, or RV's of my experience with the staff of the Camping World in Dothan AL.

Do not buy anything here. Prices are high and the service sucks. I bought a torque toyhauler from here 10 months ago I took it camping and had an issue I returned to them to fix the issue. Took it camping once again and had another issue so I again returned it. I received it back to take it camping once more and another issue, so again I returned it. I finally got it back and what do you know another issue with the previous things that were never fixed. So after all this trouble I've taken my torque camping a total of 4 time and I've had to return it 4 times. Out of the 10 months I've owned it, it has been in the shop a total of 4.5 months. I'm getting very fed up with issue and I think I should get 4.5 months worth of payment back from them. I've went to the branch manager and still no solution! DO NOT BUY HERE

I purchased a camper 4 months ago. My husband & I are currently on our 3rd camping trip. We have had to take the camper to CW for warranty repair, of which was the A.C. leaks inside the camper. They had the camper for nearly 2 months. I had to push them to have it ready so we could have for this tri5. Well we are here today & the A.C. is leaking inside & the wood where it is dripping is warped. Also, now the switch that lets the hitch up/down fell off. Great repairs. Since they had it as long as I have, they should help make the payment.

Everyone was so polite. Great atmosphere. Asked me what I was looking for. Then found a number of r.v.'s for me to look at. Nobody tried to push one down my throat if you know what I mean. Will be going back again.

Salesman promised things and didn't deliver, Have several problems with camper and can't get them to even return my calls, much less fix them. Shower has pulled off wall , water runs down behind and they won't return calls new camper, had less then a month and long list of items that need fixing. Never buy or recommend this place to anyone

If you need work on your Motor Home or RV I highly recommend you use another dealership. They may make your buying experience fun but its the Service Dept that was HELL to deal with. Will NEVER use them Again.

Paper work was quick.We bought camper on Saturday afternoon late they told us we could pick it up on Monday afternoon at 3.30 was a good time for us. They wanted to clean it , and there was to be a walk threw so we would know how everything worked .I was also to get a 25.00 gift card and discount coupons. The financial guy tried to sell us extended warranty we told him a dozen times we did not want it he told us of all these problems that would happen to the camper once the manufacturer warranty run out , I pray we didn't buy pile of junk.. at the walk threw the guy smoked on cigarettes after another no wonder he stinks he didn't care that we didn't smoke he puff away he also was kinda rude. Then we was told they was not giving out the gift card and the discount coupons I said what to the sales an that's not what we was told. He has made a sale didn't care anymore. Let hope next person has better luck .

My parents just bought their dream camper--a 1964 canned ham!--and no, they didn't get it from Camping World. But when they were very unsure of themselves when it came to towing and backing up, Camping World of Dothan stepped up with a free driving lesson! Diana was patient and encouraging, and my mom feels really confident now. Whether you need a camper, an RV, or just a small part, give your business to people who care this much!
