Roxanne, manager Brian, and the Financing Dept were wonderful to work with and the car buying experience was about the best I’ve had. I have bought Toyotas from Camelback Toyota before and the experience has always been very good, but the car I just bought was zero hassle or drama. They gave me a very fair amount for my trade and kindly negotiated the price of my car so I left very satisfied. I always use the service center to take care of my cars, so this car buying experience along with the service makes my experience with Camelback Toyota great all around. I will definitely recommend Roxanne and Brian to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks so much Guys!

I called in the afternoon and was able to get a service appointment the next morning. They got me in right a way when I arrived at 8:00 am. Joe Toro told me he’d have my car finished by 9:30 and I was pleasantly surprised to be notified that it was ready by a little after 9:00 a.m. From the sales team to the service team, we’ve been treated respectfully and always with a smile. I love my highlander and I love the service at Camelback Toyota. They’ve done an outstanding job for us to date.

Laurie is the best salesperson! She's easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. This particular dealership has the most professional staff. Kuddos to the GM for paying such close attention to every detail of the buying (and service) experience. We have referred people to this dealership and will continue to do so with confidence that they too can actually enjoy the car buying experience.

In all my years of car trading/buying (I trade every few years) Camelback Toyota has been, by far, the BEST experience my husband and I have endured! Ash, our sales person, had a wonderful and uplifting energy. I have tried other area dealers in Surprise and on Bell Rd to which they have wasted my time, energy and patience every time! Thank you Camelback Toyota! Wonderful experience from start to finish!

Great car buying experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't place too much pressure on the situation. Eugene helped me find the perfect car for me and was extremely helpful and personable. Would definitely recommend this dealership, 10/10!

In the past years I have had my truck serviced at the dealership with competitive pricing and quality work. Just a few days ago I decided to upgrade to a new vehicle (2017 Tundra 1794). The process took a long time but they kept us involved and worked with us on bottom line cost. Our salesman Edin was great and the reason why we finished the process. The truck and warranty was beyond our expectations and a blessing to those who get to ride in it.

This was my about fifth time going in to get my car serviced here. It was the first time I had Joe do my service and I will ask for him every other time I go from now on! He was the best. It was the first time someone actually walked me through what was going to be done to my car and explained to me what condition everything was in afterward. I now know what numbers my brakes and tires need to be changed at! Thanks so much Joe!!

I purchased my first car ever here! The team here are super nice and very understanding. They put their best deals forward and actually care about their customer and their budget. I've had such terrible experiences with other dealers but they keep your needs in mind. I'm glad I made my purchase here and will be back for all my maintenance! Come here for all your Land Cruiser needs. First see Eric the service manager and he will provide guidance on short and long terms needs and then hook you up with his crew for the day to day stuff.
Have had our '04 LC100 serviced here since I bought it in 2013, never regretted working with Camelback Toyota.
Great people. Great facilities. Effective service (the rig has not let me down a single time). Fair pricing.

I love the set up here, it's quick and easy, and if you're waiting there for your car the multiple waiting areas are great! They have good prices and deals going on all the time. Awesome service every time as well, I will definitely keep bringing my car back here!!

Dee Earlandt is my service advisor, she answers all my questions directly and honestly, she also discusses and gives advice on needed services and those not as important. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you have to say. the work was done very quickly and on time. The dealership is designed in such a way as to accommodate people. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, you can sit or browse through the facility as you please. There is a snack area, a place to purchase accessories, access to the new car show room. I would recommend Camelback Toyota to anyone who wants a comfortable and reliable experience with their vehicle.

The facilities and waiting room were awesome. The area for kids and the complimentary coffee, fruit and snacks impressed me. I was getting two recalls done on my Toyota. Trisha was professional and precise and was punctual at communicating everything. Their complimentary shuttle service saved me money on a rental or taxi ride as well. Keep it up, guys! very impressive.

Andrew, our salesman, was fantastic. He took excellent care of us during our time looking at and test driving Highlander's. He was Very patient and thorough in showing us all the differences in vehicles. He was funny and a pleasure, we loved working with him. Awesome gentleman!
Bryan, in Finance, was fun and efficient to work with also. Richard in Parts was very helpful and great in assisting us with floor mats.
