This management is terrible, on numerous occasions I have called their maintenance department for desperately needed hot water and I have been told that it is not important and will be delt with whenever is convenient for them. Lorraine the landlord of oxford square promised me numerous repairs before I moved into my apartment and it has been 11 months and have not seen a single repair done. I have reported this company and oxford square to the BBB because of its shady slum lord service. When I switched from my previous apartment to the current one I am in, my apartment was 3 weeks late on being ready. This caused me numerous problems. The first being I had to reschedule my moving team, I had called off work on the days that I was supposed to move in on, and then I was rushed out of my previous unit because the new apartment was ready so late. Stay as far away from this company and their properties.

Kyley Miller the property manager at Fox and Hound was amazing to work with while my daughter was in college. Very responsive My daughter always felt safe in the community at Fox and Hound Apartments. Thank you

Kyley is super accommodating and replies to emails very quickly! Couldn’t think of a more affordable place!

This is truly an honest to goodness company. The employees that I have dealt with in the past have been nothing but respectful and honest. I would, and have recommended them all over. A1 service!
