The clothes are trendy and the atmosphere is upbeat. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want quality clothes and accessories that express who you are, then you will find what you want here.

It was a cute shop with friendly staff but I will never ever return. Their return policy is terrible and both the dresses we bought there 6 weeks ago are falling apart despite the fact that we have washed them separately on the delicate cycle and let them air dry. Both have holes starting in seams and a Shabby Apple dress we bought is popping up with tiny holes everywhereso far we have counted ten. The other dress has only been worn twice and the color has faded terribly in two washings. Obviously, we will not be repeat customers and will not recommend them to anyone because of the poor quality.

WOW! I loved this store. It was my first time going in and it was everything I hoped for. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. I loved the selection of clothes, and just the overall atmosphere. Definitely will recommend it to all my friends!

I came into Called to Surf and left with a smile on my face! The customer service was fantastic! There was a cute, tall, blonde who helped me find everything I needed and was very personable but not annoying like lots of workers are. I was very pleased with everything! The clothes are cute and the atmosphere is fun. Very impressed.

I like the style and selection of clothing here, but the customer service is severely lacking due to the employees. Every single time I come in I am never greeted, helped, or acknowledged in any way. The workers are young, immature girls who gossip extremely loud the ENTIRE time. Even when I was checking out they continued to gossip incredibly loud and talk rudely, IN FRONT OF PAYING CUSTOMERS. Very unprofessional. The owner, manager, or whoever, needs to sit those girls down and tell them to act professional. This isn't high school, it's a business.

Cute clothes but bad overall experience. I've shopped here a few times and things haven't gotten better. The workers (including store managers) don't help as much as just stand there awkwardly when you ask for any size other than XS-- their stock is always hit and miss. They seem to cater to only one size/type. The return policy is horrendous as others have mentioned. I bought a dress that I didn't notice was torn at the seam, when I went to return it that day, there wasn't another in my size at the store and even though it was online, they couldn't let me return it and use store credit on their website. They told me they would probably get another shipment but that the return policy would expire before the dresses came in. Between the workers and other shoppers, I felt snubbed for not wanting to pay $60 per item and needing size M in the shirts. I love that their tops/dresses are cute and long, but I wish they would take more care of the customers rather than just push expensive products on you. I wish I could give them a higher rating!

I emailed their customer service to see if I could get expedited shipping since it wasn't available on the website. They responded very quickly, assured me that the items would be there on time and then verified a few days later with a tracking number. Their customer service is stellar and the products are beautiful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Where to begin anyone can see right into the dressing rooms for one. Instead of having doors or a thick, heavy curtain, they've got a thin curtain you can see through. And if someone walks by fast enough, the curtain will fly up so everyone can see you change. 🙄 This place has terrible customer service as well. Don't buy anything unless you're sure you won't return it because they'll be of no help at all! The fact that they pay no attention to these reviews should tell you something.

This shop was very spendy when it opened. But the last 2 years they have had a huge selection of clothes I can wear anywhere, at a VERY fair price. The shoes are adorable! Love stopping in here😄

Called to Surf is an adorable little boutique in The Shops at Riverwoods mall area in Provo. They have a variety of swimsuits, dresses, t-shirts, shoes, jewelry, and more. They also have a section for Men's swimwear, shorts, hats, ties, etc. A even a little kids section that is growing! I love all they have to offer and their prices are mid-higher range. The only suggestion is that their staff at least say or welcome you into the store. I have been here MULTIPLE times and I have never been spoken to, let alone looked at with a smile, from one of their employees. Otherwise, I love all they have to offer.

I ordered two dresses online and they didn't fit so I went to the store to return them. They didn't immediately refund my money or give me a receipt or email or any sort of confirmation verifying my returns. Luckily I took a picture of my receipts before I returned them. They told me that returns were done on Tuesday and Friday. Since I returned the dresses on a Wednesday they said I would expect to see the money in my account along with a verification email on that Friday. It has now been two weeks and I still have not gotten a confirmation email or my money back. I have called, gone in to the store and emailed their support email multiple times and I am always told my returns will be done on their next return day. This has yet to happen. They have lost a customer and I DO NOT recommend ever shopping at called to surf.

I love the clothes! Great knee length Bermuda shorts cheaper than anywhere else I've seen this season. I also love their swimwear, quality fabrics and sewing. The swimwear may be more expensive, but it's worth it. Lots of different lengths to choose from for dresses which is good for me because I'm tall, and my friend who is shorter was able to find lengths that work for her as well. They also have awesome accessories, especially hats. If you need a new snap back this is the place to go.
