Wonderful food, lackluster service. Waiter was brief in speech and infrequent in visits. Also, our appetizer and main dish arrived a the the same time.

Very pleased with the service of the manager Andrina Andrews. There was a new promotion and the servers were unsure how to proceed, causing some of our order to be cancelled. Andrina came in, comped our missing food and gave a complimentary desert without being prompted. Her commitment to ensuring our needs were met went above and beyond. We will be back!

I was seated immediately, and met the waitress shortly after. Asked for water and that took a long time, where I was about to leave. Then the water came I ordered an appetizer and that was bought pretty fast but she did not bring it out. Then she took so long to come back with the bread and we also didnt get any plates or utentils, and to take the order that I decided to leave. Did not receive any apologies except from the bartender to handle my ticket because she still kept disappearing. For it to be in such a nice location hiring slow people and unapologetic is not good.

Can't complain about anything. No waiting to get seated. Delicious wine by the glass. The steak was very well cooked.

Food was good and the waiter was social. A minor 5 minute wait to be seated and all food was brought out very quickly. Just a few suggestions for the kitchen crew: all three appetizer plates were dirty and I had lettuce in my glass so check twice. We also asked for tails off shrimp on both Jambalaya but they were not taken off.

First time at this location. Great open atmosphere in the center of the mall. We were seated promptly and our waiter arrived within minutes. The food came out on time and everything was excellent. As we are enjoying our meal the manager stop by to make sure everything was perfect.
Five-star experience and the staff did an excellent job.. just wish the CPK in my town didn't shut down. We miss our GF pizza place :-(

I have been here before and have loved the environment and food.
However, today we got seated right away around 2.
Ordered an appetizer, the lettuce wrap, and got that shortly after. His name is Cameron.
Ordered drinks and it didn't come. Not even the water came.. isnt that the basic?? A glass of white wine and a corona. Didnt see our server for 20mins. So finally flagged him down and he said," what did you order?" So he basically forgot.
Had to even flag down another server to ask about our drinks.
Then another 20mins later we flag him down again. And he said that the bartender is busy making the drinks. Making a glass of wine and a beer? I saw a customer sit in front of me and they got their slushes and wine before I flagged him down the last time.
He got in my bf face and we decided to leave. The server told us that drunks are ready but you can leave if you want. No apology. Nothing! Just an arrogant kid.

Just sucks because I have great memories here.
All i wanted was a glass of wine! Thats all.

Then the manager is too busy doing everyone elses job. Very poor management and the way you train your employees!

It is my favorite restaurant in Lenox (cuz limited choices available). Reasonable price and trustworthy brand. Environment is better than food court also.

The experience was normal but the food was terrible $17 for 6 slices of card board cook pizza's another 9 for a cornstarch piece of bread I do not recommend at all drinks are good but that's it I will never go back ever again in my life or my unborn children life's

Just eating a salad here and found a huge bug in my salad!!! Manager told me that since it is a open space bugs fly in and not much he can do about it. Will never eat at a CPK ever again!
