We were in on Friday night August 18. We waited 10 minutes in the bar area and never got waited on. So we thought we would try the dinning room. As we were walking to the dinning room the bar maid yells out, I was going to make it to the back you guys.
We just kept walking. It was obvious she was too busy and couldn't handle the patrons in the bar herself. She desperately needed some help.
We were the only ones in the dinning room at first. We ordered our food and the waitress never brought my salad. She was an older woman with a flower carved out of her hair on the side of her head. So I finally got her attention and asked for my salad. She brought it and that was the last time we seen her. She stayed at the other end of the dinning room. Another waitress was filling her other tables drinks. But no one came back to fill my husbands. He tried to get the attention of the other waitress but she would just turn her head and act like she never seen him. She was an older lady with her hair pulled back in a ponytail. So I gave him what was left of my drink so he could finish eating. We waited on the recite but no one brought it to us so we walked to the counter to check out. There were six people standing there talking, the phones ringing off the hook behind them and they all act like couldn't hear them.
So if you go in there stay away from the grown women that has a flower carved out of her hair on the side of her head. She is the worst waitress I have ever had in my life.
We as business owners ourselves, started laughing when we left because we couldn't believe what we had experienced. Hardly no one in the dining room but overflowed with workers standing around using dirty vocabulary. The bar was packed and only one person trying to handle all the customers.
I will say this about the owner. We have met him and had conversations with him and I can assure you if he was there this bad service would not have happened.response / report this review -

Sandwiches are good but their pizza is not anywhere near what a Pizza King pizza should be. If you are accustomed to other Pizza King pizzas then dont compare Cagneyspoor representation of what pizza king pizzas should taste or even look like. High five tendetloins though!

One of my all time favorite pizza's is Pizza King. I usually get delivery, which depending on the night can be fast or slow. More times than not when I eat inside this location the service is extremely poor. Whoever trains the servers, or doesn't train them, desperately needs trained themselves, because most people would not come back after such bad service, even if the food is amazing. Drinks don't get refilled, takes forever to place your order, and you can't find the server when you're done eating and ready to leave. A self-serving buffet would be much better in this scenario.
The pizza's are awesome, but expensive. Tacos are average, salads are average, bread sticks are good but expensive, hot wings are above average, but their hot sauce is more like mild, and O'yeah, there's a bar in the back with separate entrance if you just like to drink. I think this is where the servers must hide, lol.
Order delivery or carry out and all will be great.response / report this review -

The pizza was great! Great value. We were stuffed when we left. They were very busy when we went in but our food came out in a timely manner and our to go order was hot.

Horrible! I wish I could post a picture of my food after it was brought to me at work! I knew something was off when I opened my bag.! It smelled like vomit! Looked at my burger and the lettuce was horrific, I've never been served rotten lettuce before. I called them, the first girl I talked to I told her what was wrong she just said "hold on" nothing more. The second guy asked me what my complaint was and as I told the first lady. I told him I'd like my order remade . as he did. I sent my old food back so they could see. No discount was offered nothing. The new food had bad lettuce on it as well. Didn't bother calling back waist of time. The only good thing was the DELIVERY DRIVER!!!(have picture but can't post.)

Does not accept pizza king coupons. But pizza is priced fairly. With decent service. Pizza tasted great.

This is my favorite place to eat. I love their lunch and everyday specials.Their variety of food is awesome. They have amazing pizza, with many varieties to choose from. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. If there is ever a mistake, ( which is hardly ever) they do their best to make it right. We have family members that this is the first place they want to eat at when they come in for a visit I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!!
