Left out Important billing details. They gave me the cost upfront for the work done in office. My son needed work and being 1 had to be put under. They said they didn't know the hospitals portion of the bill. They need to communicate with the hospital in letting customers know the total price of procedures. The associates had great attitudes and very friendly. I thought the dentist was great with him. Just disappointed in the way they left out big numbers in the bill, and neglected to give me the costs of the portion done at the hospital.

Dr. Seth and his team have been great with our twin girls! They go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and answer their questions. We have 2 teenage girls that are so happy with their smiles now! I was worried that 2 in braces at the same time would be super expensive but the office worked with us on a payment schedule. Great experience all around!

I didn't get the chance to take my son. After speaking to the horribly rude and pushy receptionist (that tried telling me it was illegal to not take you child to a dentist by one year old) I decided to take my son elsewhere. I had heard wonderful things about this dentist was was completely surprised and appalled at the manner in which business is conducted over the phone.

Also after learning my dental insurance would not cover all the services claimed to be needed I was quickly dismissed and rushed off the phone with a quick apology.

I also find the willingness to admit it is ok to upset young dental patients and brush off their crying as part of the process as admitted by the receptionist to be another factor in taking my son elsewhere.

We've been taking our daughter here for about three years now. The staff are friendly and make her feel comfortable. The doctor is very good at getting the cleaning or filling work done quickly and without any undue stress on the patient.
The dentist we used to take her to was in-network on our insuranceChildren's Dental is out-of-network, but they're so good we pay the extra money out of pocket to get such good care.

Great staff! My daughter (5 yrs. old) was scared to go to the dentist her first time but after her initial visit, she was not scared to go anymore thanks to the kind and gentle staff! The building is very kid friendly so children have books, movies, and art to look at while they wait. They also utilize technology for great appointment reminders, shorter wait time, and easy sign-in processes.
