Unexpected genuine cafe. Wood, silence, space. Delicious cookies. Hope it will remain open for a very long time

Very nice alternative interior. It reminds me of European cafés and tea houses. However, they have at least three signs that wi-fi is only with purchase over $5. I bought a coffee for $4.75 ans they didn't let me use it. WTF? Extremely uninviting.

Funky, arty decor complements varied and reliably delicious food with selections for any dietary restrictions. WiFi with purchase. Easy parking at meters out front. Favorite place for coffee/food/work on writing projects with one or two people. Main room's large table works well for bigger groups. Adjoining room has tables for two; charming upstairs balcony with medium-sized table and more seating for couples. Great staff!

Great staff. Friendly cashier. Simpler menu.Still follows its isn rhythm. -- slow --but if you have time, it is a great to hang wih a joe. It has gentrified a bit since I started coming here 3 years ago -- new paint and new arts on the walls -- and it got cleaner! Not open 24 hours but at the same time I feel safer and more centered when I walk in. I do not see any homeless person here anymore late at night. Nor any guys with tatoos. (No motoycycles either. LOL) Crowds also seemed to have gotten younger. Good place to come, eat, hang out and get some work done.Check it out.
