I sent 3 of my Cutco knives to be sharpened right before Thanksgiving, hoping they'd be back in time for Christmas. Yesterday I got them back from Customer Service (2 full weeks before Christmas), and they look GREAT. Cutco not only did a wonderful job sharpening my trimmer and santoku knife, they replaced my paring knife, sending me a brand new one!

The turn-around time was fast, and the service was exactly as posted on their website. No surprises. With customer care like this, I'm a Cutco customer for life. So glad for the pleasant experience!
