  I will say staff is polite, however they do sell pool covers that they do not warentee.I purchased mine last fall had it installed by same person who installed pool who I received endorsement from poolmart .cover ripped along with rachet for cable to tighten it broke we also used the shrink wrap.cover was installed correct but warentee was not applied as they blame it on winter damage, so why sell pool covers in wny that will not last 1 season?? I will not spend another penny with pool mart along with letting my customers know of quality of the supplies sold there
  And NO Scott I will not return your call you was there when the staff checked with you over the matter.it is a shame you want me to take the hit on the cover your staff sold and told me would be under warentee when purchased

  Good place to get pool supplies, but my daughter had her heart set on an outdoor couch, and no one bothered to put a sold sign on it.

  They were very helpful in getting us set up for opening our pool. Gave us step by step instructions for us pool newbies. They are very easy going! I will definietly be going back!

  Managers generally have two primary responsibilities: oversee their departmental functions and lead their employees.well Scott Bray of Pool Mart in Olean,NY has gone above and beyond this. Being a mother of a child with a disability shopping for a hot tub ( pool the previous year) was not a fun idea knowing it was for medical reasons however what once was a dreaded thought became a fun and meaningful experience all because of Scott and his staff.
  Scott gave such personal attention and great feedback that was both informative and meaningful. You would have thought he was selling to his own family with all the thought and kindness behind it. He made sure everything was the right fit for us right down to the recommended service provider for installation. He didn't stop when the sale was done; he has followed up to make sure we are still doing good and /or if he can be a service to us.
  Clearly the staff at Pool Mart has taken their notes because this incredible customer service has trickled down from what clearly is incredible management. They are kind and helpful every time we go in there.
  Thank you Pool mart for making a hard process an enjoyable one!
  Side note: the over all quality and services, order time, products and accessories have been great quality and we are very satisfied !

  While looking for a better source for my pool products and care last summer I was told by a friend to shop through pool mart in Olean. After having no luck with other local pool shops it was a big relief to walk into pool mart and receive the service and options that they had to offer. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pool or hot tub.

  Scott Bray and the entire poolmart crew have always been extremely helpful, and are always willing to answer whatever questions you might have. Scott was especially helpful in addressing all of my concerns, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my decision. I felt as though they really cared about me as a customer, rather than just making the sale. Saying I was pleased with the customer service is an understatement. Happy to say I know where I will go for my future pool/hot tub needs!

  Pleasant and informative pool purchase. I reached out to several pool companies in our area for quotes prior to making our decision to purchase our pool from Pool Mart. Scott Bray at this store was the most helpful sales person of any of the stores I contacted. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He made our pool purchase pleasant and easy. We highly recommend this Pool Mart location and especially Scott Bray if you plan to purchase a pool.
