  Most beautiful park I've been to. Large sprawling lawns, two playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, and nice long paved trails for biking and walking.

  Bisset Park is such a wonderful place! It is my favorite thing about living in Radford. There is no other park like it in the New River Valley. Lots of play area's for the kids, a track, long paved trails for walking, running, and biking, picnic spots and shelters, boat landings, and a beautiful scenic view of the river. This is an excellent spot for fishing, tubing, and swimming in the summer. I love how well kept the park is. You have to visit if you're ever in the area!
  Definitely checkout Wildwood Park as well, it is connected to Bisset Park. Great for watching wildlife, biking, or taking a nice stroll. Paved trails and off-road "hiking" trails.

  Very nice. There is a very long pedestrian only walking/jogging trail (paved). Cycles are welcome and they have a path they can use as well. Plenty of room to find a quiet spot and watch the river.

  It used to have a swimming pool. It needs more to do. A outdoor concert hall and a pool would be a nice improvement.

  Beautiful to walk around, great place for kids to play, ride your bike, enjoy the birds and squirrels playing, go over and take a look at the New River

  Great park for the whole family. Play grounds, tennis courts, numerous areas to fish even a boat launch! I would recommend a boat with a jet here. But canoes and kayaks are also great here.

  Love this park. Love tubbing down the river and taking walks. It's big and has 4 picnic areas. Love it

  It's a wonderful open area that I have loved going to for years now. Bisset is usually clean and well kept. The event lodges are a great place for a cookout. I even use the end of Bisset as a starting point for floating down the new river.
