Been a long time member, service used to be great but it has been going down hill for the last year or so. There always new employees when I go in there, had problems with my card and just blamed it on the store and gave me a number to call. Tried to cash a check that had my name and my wifes name on it, and was told it had to have both signatures because her name wasn't on the account yet (we just got married). I understand that might be policy, but that fact that I had multiple checks earlier in the month that were written the same way and those were fine seems no one there is on the same page with their rules and policies.

So the Atm has no $ for 2 days now and of course I have the card you can only use at THEIR Atm!!! Ridiculous

they had a great rate on a car loan, and I paid it off . Now on week 6 waiting for my title. They forgot to order it. I bet if I "forgot" my payment, they wouldnt have been so understanding

Very rude. I casually mentioned I was disputing a transaction and I was told "well, do it again" and I was dismissed. This was just to be a closer place to deposit my checks. My primary credit union is so much friendlier and warmer. I'm glad I saw Code for what they are.

AWFUL! my husband had an account here for years, and once his loan was paid off, they stated charging $2 every month he didn't sign up for e-statements. Once he did, we realized we really didn't need this account, and closed it out. Now we need access to the statements, and after they told him he would have access, he tried to get on, and was deniedso back to the branch who wants to charge $30!!! We will never do business with them again!

Had to crash my operation network,bcause my wife and her buddies tried to play me. All 20 v cards were in my name and they ran a bianary program on me so I'm not sure what my device is capable of. .this is bad. ?????//
