I had no issues with my salesman but I bought a used vehicle and all 4 tires,3 months later, needed to be replaced. I have never had that happen before when buying a used car. It was a 2015 and bought 2016. They blamed me for tires and I barely drive my car because work from home. Just seems that should not happen. Very disappointed with Lia in Saratoga!!!!😭

Wonderful customer service in both sales and service. Helpful and accomadating with anything you need. Service department is very thorough even when just coming in for an oil change. Sales made it super easy for me to trade in my lease for new car.

We recently bought a 2015 Ford Focus which was my daughters first big purchase college student. Before making the decision to purchase the Ford Focus we discussed in detail when any updated repair was done tires, brakes etc.. with the sales person. Once we decided to purchase the car the sales women proceed to call my daughter repeatedly that we needed to close on the car before the end of the month or my daughter would lose the car. We made our decision the next day after looking at the car on a Thursday the bank had to literally process the check but I could not pick up the car until Monday afternoon paid in full. Again all weekend we received calls to close on the car Monday was the end of the month. We picked up the car and paid in full however the vehicle was not ready the car had paint chips that were supposed to be painted prior to Monday and a few other little issues. We also noticed 3 different tires on the vehicle which we asked if they could simply trade 1 of the miss match tire so the front had 2 of the same and back hade 2 of the same. After calling the sales person several times without return calls I went to the dealership to see what we could do to resolve the issue of the mismatched tires. They stated they didn't feel it was necessary. I have a local business that I pride myself with great customer service, the very least they could have called us back as they said they would. It has now been a week no resolution or at very least a return call. I would NEVER do business with this dealership in the future.

Bryce Wells and Bridgette Boisvenue both worked with me to easily switch my old lease into a new lease. Not only was it smooth, however I also currently attend college 2 hours away and they both worked with me via phone or email to get into the newer lease. When I finally went to trade in, I simply drove down and switched keys! It was a really great experience.

My experience at the Nissan in Malta was superb. From the two friendly faces when I walked in to the young lady at the service desk, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The sales rep Nicole Glover was especially helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions with true honest answers and was not trying to "shove" anything down my throat. She gave me ample time to review all of my options and worked out a wonderful deal with Bryce in the credit/loan department, which in turn allowed me to drive off the lot that night with my brand new car! I told all my friends that I purchased my car from them, and I will tell anyone that will listen that I got my car there and they are a wonderful company to work with!

I ended up purchasing a car and Ryan and Frank made the process quick and easy. I bought a car one day and picked it up the next day! Just had my first car shopping experience with Lia Nissan Saratoga and was impressed with and thankful for all the patience and professionalism Steven Laffer extended to a first time car shopper! I was nervous about jumping in on my first lease that day and all the paper work that goes a long with it, but the experience was effortless. I was even able to get the Rogue in the color I wanted the next day! Great service with a kind and courteous staff!

I was very lucky to work with a wonderful sales person at Saratoga Nissan. I had put a down payment on a car out of state that was to be transferred to Saratoga and the other dealership sold it Michelle Palladino worked with me to find another car even better than the one I originally planned on purchasing.. She handled everything from getting the car delivered here to my final delivery in a very timely manner. She was very thoughtful and accommodating through the whole process.

I have purchased 4 cars from Lia dealerships over the last 11 years and this experience was best so far. Thanks to Michelle and everyone that helped with this endeavor.
