Wonderful, caring, they don't charge for unnecessary things. They did an X-ray on my cat to check her and didn't charge me because they had not told me she would need it. First vet I've trusted and prices can't be beat. Very friendly

I absolutely love this vet!! I've been taking my dogs here ever since I moved to Temecula, 7 years ago. The facility is very clean. Everyone who works here is very professional. They truly love and take amazing care of your pets. When there have been emergencies and no appointments, I've been able to take my dog in; given the state he was in when I walked in, they took him immediately. He was in heart failure and they were able to save him.

Every one here is so friendly and helpful. I had no issues leaving either of my dogs in their care. Definitely going here for all my dogs needs.

I am happy to have found this animal hospital for my dog. She has primarily been seeing Dr. Fox who truly listened to me tell him about her medical history and gave honest recommendations for her care. I asked if she needed a dental and he said that if it was him he would wait. I feel that most vets would say yes to the procedure as that is a significant revenue generator. I have never had an issue refilling prescriptions with them, took less than 24 hours. The only down side is that they're always so busy but that is because they're good. They do seem to run generally on time with their appointment schedules. Appointments book about a week out but my dog has been worked into their schedule for an acute issue. They do offer a military discount which is awesome.

This Vet is the best I have ever used. I have been to four different vets over 20 years. Butterfield has been the absolute best. They are professional, efficient and extremely kind. Their fees are are reasonable and care is top notch. I refer all my friends to this office because I know they and their fur babies will be well cared for.

Great office, staff and place to take our dogs for all there healthcare needs. I've been bringing my dogs for years. They've gone in for well and and serious matters and have always been well cared for!

WE have an almost 17 year old fur baby, named Big Guy. He has asthma and needs a lot of TLC. Dr. Fox has taken good care of him for us and helping with adjusting his inhalers and medications. After all Breathing is important . The entire staff is wonderful. Tana what been great with the cat each time we have been in there.

Our 1st experience with Butterfield was when we had to put our 14 year old Maltese to sleep. They made this agonizing decision easier for us and were thoughtful and supportive throughout the process. Subsequent visits with other pets have been equally warm & caring. You can tell their staff genuinely loves animals and is determined to give them the best care possible.

I take both of my elderly dogs to Butterfield Animal Hospital and couldn't be happier with the friendly service I receive there. My dog recently had a small surgery and teeth cleaning and the service was fast and efficient as well as affordable. Dr. Kalthoff is the best!

My wife and I have been relying on the amazing staff at Butterfield Animal Hospital to care for our four-legged family members since we moved into Temecula over 13 years ago. Their staff are extremely friendly, their facility is extremely clean and their rates are extremely fair. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I live at least 20 minutes from Butterfield Animal Hospital Vet. It's that worth it to me to travel and pass dozens of other Vets. They are kind and knowledgeable and answer all my questions and concerns patiently. Dr Fox is my doctor there for my dogs. So kind to my fur baby!!!

Being in the Veterinary Hospital business for over 20 yrs..The staff was professional and courteous. Front office can be Key. Being on the other side of the desk . It was a comforting experience for my older pet and family. Lulu is happy and well..
