I called AAA, they said Butera's was coming out, and said I would hear from them within an hour. I called back in an hour, AAA said they were on the way, only would be 10 min. So I called back 30 min later, and AAA said the driver said it would be another 40min, because he had 3 tows and didn't know which order he was doing them in So after more than 2hours of waiting, I told them to call another tow company, which called me with an ETA, and showed up in 15 min

Jeff Butera is the real deal. Old school good, honest & kind. Butera's work is top notch & fairly priced. All my friends and family go there & always will. He is beyond reproach & the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Above dealer quality workmanship for a fraction of the cost.

I was passing through on my way home to Cleveland from a weekend at Holiday valley. Suddenly my SUV shut off. I found my young family, wife and myself stranded on I-86 in very cold weather. What a terrible feeling that was. I used my smart phone to Google "Towing". Butera's were there on a Sunday in less than 20 minutes! They towed me to there shop and diagnosed my vehicle. It had a bad alternator and caused it to lose electrical power. The owner Jeff was called on his day off and picked up a new alternator from a local part store and had me up and running and on my way in less than two hours! Thanks again Jeff and the crew! Ive never experienced service of this magnitudeand the price was right to!!!
