The store is really empty they're getting ready to move to a new location on Cicero Avenue.

This particular Matteson location is sad. They used to have a wide selection of clothes for everyone in your family but now when I go into the store it's like they make it smaller and smaller. Everything is all mixed up and out of order.

I like the prices but the store has change a lot over the years and looks a bit messy and run down at times but you can find good deals. I don't go as much as I use to because sometimes there are a lot of people hanging around the door asking for things and it started to feel unsafe.

Has a lot of good stuff. Not just coats. Designers for less. Home items and jewelry. Reason for no 4 or 5 star, is that you can never find anybody to help you and they are not asking if you need help. Plus, 1 or 2 times I walked out with a sensor still stuck on my clothes and had to drive all the way back to get it removed.
