  I engaged the Burk Law firm to prepare and file and Federal fraud lawsuit. Burk Law performed very well and was an active participant with the DOJ as this complex lawsuit moved through the investigation, negotiations and close-out phases. Michael Burk and his staff were in regular communications with myself over the 3-years this lawsuit took from initial engagement through final close-out. Knowing what I know now, I would not hesitate to use the Burk Law firm again and will recommend them to others who are in need of excellent legal representation.
