Visited here noon on Thursday. Perfect customer service, friendly staff, and short wait time.

One cautionary note: This can be a rough area; i was aggressively harassed by a vagrant asking for money, who actually followed me from BMV exit all the way to my vehicle. Nothing bad happened, but an FYI that's the type of area this is in.

I go out of my way to come to this BMV. They're friendly and helpful, which is basically a miracle for a BMV.

I have been going 20 miles out of my way to use this BMV location for over 20 years now. (My wife made me aware of how good they are when she worked nearby in the early '90s). For 30 years prior to that i had used closer BMV offices, and the staff at this location stand out from the rest.

Consistently fast - efficient. The commendable staff know their job well and they don't mess around, the key to the fast service. Staff have always been courteous to me, although i am left with the impression they could quickly become short with fools. The long term reliable highest quality service keep me coming back.

Wow! These people are fast and efficient. I came with a full line and I was still out in 15 minutes on my driver's license renewal. Great staff!

I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The clerk was kind and very helpful. It was the least stressful trip to the DMV I've ever had.

The line goes fast and smooth everytime I've been. They aren't rude like some cities I've been to in the past. They aren't overly friendly and they can't afford to be, otherwise people would get to talkingand the line would never move.

Parking lot is tightdon't bring a huge vehicle.

Went in to get a new driver's license, came out of that place within 10 minutes of getting there, despite the fact I was, like, 10th in line? I normally go to the downtown location (it's near my workplace) for the processing, but the efficiency in this place alone would motivate me enough to not ever set foot in downtown's BMV ever again. If there was a gold standard for the rest of the state, it would be this location.
