They sent me. To other building. Knowing my delivery. Waited hr. Call dispatch to have him call. Receiving office. To have employee to unload my. trucks. Sad.

People were very nice at receiving! We had a major delay due to construction work and shut down on I-80, appt was for 11am, we got there 1:15pm and they still worked him in. Truck got empty in 45min outstanding

Slowest loading ever. I had only one pallet for pickup, waited for 3 hours to get a door. Then another hour to get loaded. Ladies working inside office are lazy as f**k.

Shipping is a joke, here. Checked in at 4:30pm, they sent me to the next building; 4hrs later they realized it was the wrong building. Finally got the correct door at 4:30AM6am loader comes back saying they don't have all the product, to basically go home. What a waste of a day
