My room was clean. Motel is near many restaurants also right near the mall and highways. The lady and gentleman and the front desk are very helpful and always available. Clean bedding and bath room. WiFi always working.Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

It's good for being a motel. The guy at the desk was kind and gave my co-worker and I an equal rate to what we got the time before. Downside was it was super cold, and turning up the heat didn't affect the temperature a whole lot. Also, there were no extra blankets in the room to even help with that issue.

Staff is very nice and rooms are very clean. I really felt at home here. They accommodated me with any problem I had. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice comfortable stay!

It was OK. We stayed for 5 nights and when we checked in they told us we would get service every day. That was not even close to the case. We had to ask for towels every day, our trash wasnt taken out once, and we asked them to make the beds the second day because we had another person coming to stay and they didnt do that either. There wasnt a person at the desk at all, you had to ring a bell and wait 10 minutes everytime you needed anything, even in the middle of the day. We also ran out of toilet paper twice because they wouldn't leave an extra roll. Overall.. Was not impressed at all. I know its cheap but common.. New towels and toilet paper is not much to ask for. Wifi worked well though, the bed was comfy, the shower water pressure was really good, and there was alot of storage.

This hotel is all you can ask for it's price. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful! We are a band that was performing in town, so we asked for a late checkout so we can get ready prior to our gig and the manager told us we can stay as long as we need with no extra charge. Nice place and nice people! We appreciated the help!

New ownership is dedicated to providing excellent service. We traveled up from Texas looking for a reasonably priced hotel. Budget Inn checks off all of the boxes - Charming, quiet, and great location in Marinette . Rooms were above average - comfortable and updated. Loved having microwave and refrigerator in the room. If I were to make any recommendations, I would say bathroom needs a counter and would love to see coffee service available in the morning. However just a few blocks away is a coffee drive through - "Zingers"very close to Starbucks quality:)) I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a short stay for a great price (lowest in town) the rooms are clean it's quiet at night and the staff are friendly. Would stay again.
