  This is quite possibly the very WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I ordered Oxford shirts that required embroidery 5 weeks ahead of time, and was assured they would ship to my house in 2-3 weeks. I’ve called everyday for a week and no one answers the phones. When I finally did get someone’s to answer, they said the would call me back about my order status, and no call. No shirts. And winter uniform starts Monday.

  Ordered shirts and waited 3 weeks for them. Just to receive them and not have the logo on it!

  I ordered the uniforms for my children 3 weeks ago. The shirts need to monogram and they said they will send it to my house. I never received the item. I called the Lawrenceville location so many time, the phone rang but no one pick up the phone nor returned my calls. I don't ever want to come to this place unless I need to. The wait is horrible even when it is out the school season.
