Nice place to shoot! I have shot at ranges all over North Georgia, but this is my favorite. Well thought out rifle and separate pistol range.
Haven't checked out the skeet range (not really my thing), but I imagine it's just as good.

Great place to shoot. Friendly staff. Shot at the rifle/pistol range. Great experience. Also shot skeet at there skeet/trap range. Towers were a little farther apart than I'm used to. Really nice facility. I'll definitely be back soon

Clybel WMA's shooting range is nicer than many other WMA shooting ranges. It's staffed by range officers, features modern safety features and is well maintained. There are actually three ranges, a 100 yard rifle range, a 25 (ish) yard pistol range and a shotgun facility. This compares very well to other WMA's shooting ranges; Hannahatchee's range is just a series of benches on a 100-yard line with no safety features or staff. The reason for the four-star rating is hours of operation, particularly that it's closed on Sunday (and Monday).

One of the better state ranges. Used to be free, but now need a GORP or hunting license. They have used the money to make the place better. RSOs have been nice but firm, terrible bathrooms, but a good place to get outdoors and make loud noises.

Charlie Elliott has been one of my most treasured finds since I discovered it 8 years ago. Forget those indoor ranges, Charlie Elliott's Clybel Range is where its at if you really want a full experience. I would like to thank Mr.Charles at the range for being a true gentleman; he takes very good care of the range. Also a shoutout to super sweet Sue at the Visitor's Center. Make sure to give this place a visit if you haven't already.
