  If I could score this store zero stars I would. My company orders from this establishment on a regular basis. We ordered food this evening and we wanted it delivered.After contacting the store 2-
  3 times we were told our order was on the way and it did not show up for two hours! (We ordered 3 things!!!) When the delivery driver arrived he gave us the meals for free without us even asking because he knew that it had taken wayyyy too long. Upon inspecting the food order one complete order with a chicken burrito wasn’t even included. (AGAIN WE ORDERED 3 THINGS, That’s 33% of the order was. Issuing!) If you cannot successfully execute the delivery option then it should not even be an option for your business…I will never order from this establishment ever again and I highly suggest you all go to Chipotle instead!   Love it here. Just stood in line for 15+ minutes on $1 taco night and we didn't even want tacos. I would a stood longer. Staff is very friendly even under so much stress during a night like tonight.

  I LOVE BUBBAKOOS! more variety than other similar restaurants. The food is always great and the atmosphere is fun. They greet you as you walk in and the staff is always wonderful. My favorite place to eat!

  The food is great, and the portions are large. Right after walking in the staff greets you. Your entire meal is made to order, right in front of you.
  
  They used to be on the other side of the plaza, but this new location is so much nicer It is more open and welcoming. Each table also has chargers for your phone and outlets.

  Although the staff is friendly and try to be helpful, if you are ordering for delivery just DON'T. I've been ordering from them for at least a year and today it stops. When you get the food it is always cold, the food is so good I've only complained twice, but they always forget something and after a year of delivering to Me today the delivery person tells Me she can't come upstairs lol after I waited patiently. By this time I am sure My food is freezing and cancel the order. The manager was prompt in refunding My money but from now on Chipotle gets My money. Being disabled I just can't take the stress it brings Me to order from you guys.

  Great food! Everything is made to order so you get EXACTLY what you want. Great selection of toppings for your meal too. Friendly staff. Phone chargers at the bar too. Great place.
