Extremely bad service. Very friendly staff but highly incompetent.
Bought a new car and added accessories; they caused more damage to the car than worth adding accessories.
Trying to get this resolved caused even more issue with the car.
I used to like Mazda for their quality but if the staff can't provide the same quality in their service it brings down the all round quality.
Unfortunately the staff is the weakest link!
Moving on to better brands that can do the job right.

Arrived on the lot on December 14, 2017. I was with my fiancé and we were looking into leasing a 2018 Mazda 3 or Mazda 6.
The customer service was non-existent. We were never approached by a sales associate. We gave them a reasonable amount of time to come on over and assist us. Even after getting out of a meeting from a trailer they have, the sales associates just ignored us.

We then went to Toyota and were greeted almost automatically. Huge difference in service.

We couldn't be happier with our new 2018 Toyota Camry SE! If you're interested in being served with dignity, do yourself a favor and check out Cerritos Toyota. Alexander Vargas helped us get an awesome deal and he's very personable.
We made the right choice in leaving Mazda and the customer service they never offered.

Pretty disappointed with their service: (my personal experience)

Went in to the dealership, and the sales ladies were sweet. Started explaining my situation to them, they all tried to help. Couldn't get an answer from the bank because it was too late in the afternoon.

They said they'd call back, but no they didn't. So I called, and they told me a had a pretty good chance of making a deal with them. BUT never heard back from them! Tried to call again, everyone was AVOIDING me.

It's okay that we don't make a deal, and I still would appreciate them for their time. But getting customer's hope up, and then AVOID them is not cool. Not professional, not transparent.

This is my experience which only worth 1 star. If you can get a good deal and good service with them, lucky you.

Do always look into other options tho, you will be surprised how some people don't want your business, but at the same time some will really want to work with you. Good luck to all of you who are looking for a car :)

I cannot say enough good compliments about the service staff. There has been a turnover of employees these past few years. However, they are under great leadership of Omar Dept Manager. I always ask for Daniel, who is the best service rep since John Left. Daniel is the greatest in my mind, but the staff is so great. I remain loyal to Browning Mazda due to the relationships you build with their employees. My car cannot be happier, and that makes me happy.

Please don't go to this dealer on the basis of the price they commit online or what they say to you on mails/phone. They just lure people into the dealership and then say that they can't honor the price commitment. I spoke to an Internet Manager who assured me that he will give me the best price. On Truecar, they advertised a Mazda 3 for 14800. I submitted my information and got a 100$ discount that made the price 14700. Then the Internet Manager assured that he will give a further discount of 150 or more. When I reached the dealership, I was told that the price will be 14893. When I wanted to speak to the floor manager, he just didn't come out for good 20-25 minutes and kept me waiting. They told me that they don't take responsibility for what their own employee committed. Are you serious? Browning Mazda, please show some respect to your customers. I was getting equally competitive or maybe even better deals at other dealerships. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Service here is absolutely amazing. Marco was able to get me a copy of my service history after I moved in just a few minutes on the phone. Bummed I can't get my car fixed here anymore. Service center is trustworthy & reliable.

This could so easily be a 4 star. Instead, a work in progress as the dealership seems to be renovating. I miss my old service rep, John Cemore. He would explain exactly what your car needed instead of just saying you need a tune up. He was always respectful and considerate. He gave you an opportunity to ask a question without feeling like an idiot. He would tell you when your car should be ready to pick up. If there was an issue or a service that was being recommended he would personally call your number and leave a message to reply to.
If you're going to be throwing down a chunk of dough at a dealership you should get much more than the free coffee and donuts experience. You should get intelligent one on one conversation about your service. Yes, this place does offer shuttle service close to home, it has clean bathrooms if you have to wait. The service reps are all friendly enough and professional. But if you have any questions about your service- do ask them. Information outside of a quick text will not be forthcoming.

Where do I begin. Just overall a bad experience at this dealership. On June 15, 2017 I made an appointment at 4:30pm to have them check a squeaky noise that was coming from the front passenger side of my car. The Parts Advisor inform me that nothing was going to be done today but my Car was going to be ready tomorrow around 10am. I left my keys with them and I was provided a shuttle ride home by one of their Porters.
About 1 hour later I received a phone call from one of their Parts Advisor informing me what was wrong with the vehicle and he provided the cost of over $300 dollars. I inform him that it was way too much for something I felt that was minor. The Parts Advisor inform me that he understood and that they were still going to charge for the inspection. I said that was fine and that I was going to come pick up the vehicle either before they close or early the next morning. I was able to get my brother to give me a ride back to the dealership less than 2 hours after being drop off. We I got to the dealership I was only provided the invoice of the inspection and was never provided the paper work informing what was wrong with the vehicle. I basically paid $130 (Inspection cost) for nothing.
I felt cheated and a waste of time at the Parts Department that day. I do not understand why I was shuttle home right away when I could have stayed and waited for the diagnoses of the vehicle before departing.

I did e-mail the Service Director and he has since took care of my situation but overall just a bad experience with them.

I have since went to another repair shop to get the repairs done at a reasonable price.

I've walked into this dealership 3 separate times because it's local. I was looking to purchase a mazda 3 hatchback and every single time no one greeted me. I had to go around 20 minutes looking for a salesman. It seems like this place is completely unorganized and need to tighten up on their customer service. Last time I was there Jose was assisting me and my gf who were both looking to buy a car. We each wanted to test drive a car and he seemed like he was not interested and kind of frustrated that we each wanted to test drive a different car. After I test drove the Mazda 3 and my gf wanted to test drive the CX-5 he came out and said I have an appt and no one else can help you right now so please come back another time. I could not believe he just left us out to dry like that. That immediately turned me away/ I ended up buying from Huntington Beach Mazda and the level of respect they treated me with compared to browning mazda is huge! 2 stars for Browning Mazda. There are plenty of other dealerships who will gladly take your business and treat you right.

Kind of helpful sales staff here. They listen to a point. Why additional fees with no explanation.. MSRP 18500. DEALER FEES 3000... TOTAL PRICE 21500.

I thought Mo was super patient with me especially since it took me several months to finally buy. Hussein was equally helpful when I showed up unannounced on Sunday and Mo was with other customer's. I'm grateful for their teamwork. Denise in finance worked her magic because she understood what I wanted and I left a happy customer. I will add a star once I experience the Service department.

I negotiated my purchase with their internet sales team and my experience was wonderful. I knew what I wanted and could afford and they worked with me, gave me discounts, and the car I wanted and then some! Way to go Browning Mazda! -I'll be back for my next car. :)

Got my baby from here. The car salesman was great. He was never pushy and was always respectful of what we wanted. He was always willing to show us the options we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about the car we bought. It has now been a year and we are definitely calling ourselves a Mazda family and would look to this dealer first when we are ready to buy another car.
