Good Pizza, but cook had an attitude when we showed up at 9:20 pm after we had a long day of training at Fort Pickett. Restaurant hours where to 10 pm, the cooj started cursing and through pans when we walked in. I will never go back there again.

Always great food and service. My family and I have been coming for 20+ years. My favorite is the flounder sub with Cajun fries. I also really like the pizza and grilled chicken Caesar salad.

Pizza was good - fresh ingredients except for the broccoli (I know, most people don't put broccoli on pizza anyway). The lasagna, though, looked absolutely fabulous. Wish now that I had tried it.

Antipasti salad- Need to cut Provolone and Salami into strips and not leave whole on top of the salad. It’s inconvenient for the customer to have to pull out meat and cheese, just to cut and put back in.
Sub sandwiches- Need to offer a “Cold Sub” Option. For example, I ordered a Veggie Sub and it came hot, wrapped in foil and the bread was a soggy mess, and wilted, hot lettuce is not tasty.
Spaghetti and meat sauce- ANY PASTA you do is too wet and makes the sauce watery. You need to fully drain your pasta before adding sauce on it. Rookie mistake.
You need to have a current menu accessible to customers either online, or copies come when delivery orders are made.
If a customer has a request, you should MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! For example, your garlic bread is never toasted on the inside. It’s just 2 halves tossed in an oven and the inside is not toasted. When a customer asks you to please toast the bread more, SHOULD NOT BE TOLD NO, THAT’S NOT HOW WE DO IT! PERIOD! I asked for pickled veggis you have on your salad on my sub and was told NO!
There seems to be a lot of rookie cooking techniques and mistakes that Brother’s pizza is making, thus not doing the “Italian Thing” correct.
These are just a few suggestions to help you all offer better service to your customers. You are the only Italian place in Blackstone and should be the BEST Italian place, not just because people have lack of options here.
I hope Blackstone pizza and wing factory puts your foreign ass owner out of business!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite pizza place in town. I love getting their mini (10") pizza for lunch. (Warning: They don't serve minis for dinner.)
