Filthy seats, comfortable but filthy. They are doing some renovating so hopefully this will be remedied in the near future.

Friendly staff. But theaters are way WAY smaller than normal.

Very dirty theater. They had the nastiest bathroom. The seats and armrests are broken and dirty. The popcorn is all husks. Cheap tasting popcorn. Overall Just awful!!!

The theaters are small and outdated. While they do show the newest movies each week, they aren't always in 3D.

Sufficient place to watch a movie in town, reasonably priced. Seats feel dirty, many are busted or torn..

Tickets in my honest opinion are overpriced and the theaters could stand to be cleaned better but overall not terrible.

While everything around it is closing down. Broadway Cinemas is still holding in there. Good seating and sound quality.

This place is very dated. Also the ladies bathroom was messy, commodes not flushed, toilet paper in floor, vanity wet soap all over it! Lights still up at start of movie for bout 5 mins Kinda noisey outside We were right beside concession stand. It's ok but won't be back unless absolutely have to be

This place is ok. Its the only theater in this area. It's probably worth using a little more gas to get to Abingdon or Bristol to watch a movie. The last movie we watched here was a couple of years ago. The screen had a big tear in it. The movie itself was not positioned right on the screen and when I asked about it, they never fixed it. It cut the bottom of the movie off completely.

EDIT: Someone from the theater contacted me about this post and said they have invested $250,000 into new projectors about a year ago. They also told me they are going to remodel the place to give it a more up to date look in the near future. We'll give it another try.

EDIT #2: I took my family back to see a movie here after chatting with the owner. They have definitely improved the quality of the projectors. The sound was better as well. There are a ton of games for kids to play. There is also a party room or two for the public to use for special events. The 3 star rating I gave before was from a few years ago. They have made this place tons better since the last visit. The only problem now is the dying mall. It hurts me to see this place so desolate. The mall used to be so full of life 20 years ago.
