A clean facility welcomes you and acts as a gift shop. The caverns are a small walk uphill before you get to the entrance. True walk isn't difficult for someone who can handle hills without problems. The caverns however contains a series of chambers accessible only by stairs. The caverns are well lit and easy to get around if you can handle steps. The chambers are mostly large and shouldn't present an issue with claustrophobia. The gift shop is typical for tourist attractions. Small offerings of stones minerals and tee shirts. Priced higher than a movie ticket but reasonable for the adventure.

Amazing place. We have never seen anything like it. Friendly staff and beautiful site. Highly recommended and very inexpensive.

Awesome tour of the caverns! We had the place to ourselves. Garrett was a very knowledgeable tour guide. Nice, clean picnic area too! I'm glad we took a detour on our way home!

A must see experience, excellent guides & you can even buy bags of paydirt & use their sluice to find gems & nice stone's as souvenirs

Neat place to visit. The tour takes about an hour. Please be warned that there's a good amount of walking involved to get to the cave entrance. Also, once inside, there's a lot of almost vertical steps. Do not do the tour of you have serious health issues. There is a small gift shop with snacks at the front.

Highly recommend! Beautiful formations. Took my 7 yr old granddaughter & she had a blast. Your guide great. I've been here many times. Cool temps feel great on hot day. There's walking & some stairs. Also visit Appalachian Caverns about 25 minutes away, but totally different!

The hike up to the cavern was nice, and the canvern was a pleasure for my eyes, ESPECIALLY the copper formations. I fricking love those. The tour guide we had also had a sense of humor and answered our questions with ease. However, the gift shop didn't have any real stuff in it, therefore it was quite overpriced, mainly because it didn't offer much for one "set." Also, the tour was much shorter than one hour. Rank B.
