  I would not recommend buying anything from here. They sold me a broken Puff Co product. I came back minutes after purchase because product would not charge. We tried to charge it together inside their office to prove it’s deficiency.
  
  They told me to reach out to the company, offered me no help. Very disappointed in the customer service.
  
  I was just trying to return it so I can buy a working one at another smoke shop with better service

  I bought this vape 2 days ago from this vape shop. Paid $40 dollars for this and I charged it today and it didn’t worked after that. I called the place and the guy says that since I left the store there’s nothing they can do anymore. Pathetic customer service. Avoid this people at all cost. Worst vape shop ever.

  Today I bought a vape in this smoke shop, after about 10 minutes of use it started to take on a burnt flavor, which I noticed was obviously defective, I went to the location again to look for a solution, since I paid for it a product that was defective and the workers of the center did not show any interest in finding a solution or a replacement for their defective product, they only explained to me that this was the real flavor of black ice… which had a horrible burnt flavor, I disagree It literally seems like a robbery to me and I take the time to write it here so that other customers do not take them by surprise when they pay and they are given a defective product without return. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I never went back to this place again.
