  Always on time, very responsive, always friendly and fair in pricing. From the front office to the service to pricing. This is by far the best service. Knows my system well and never a surprise. I’ve used them for over 3 years and won’t use anyone else. I highly recommend.

  After checking around, I called Dr. Cool to get a quote for a new AC. Tim came and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all to me, unlike the other companies I already had out. The quote I was given was a lot less than the competitors, and the office staff (Becca) was beyond helpful. Day of install Tim showed up with the owner (Chris) and the two of them installed the new system in just a few hours. Mind you, during the install Tim cut his elbow and needed stitches, but finished the job first! I will never call another AC company again. Highly recommend!!!!

  I'm very glad I took a chance with Dr Cool
  The Heat and Air Doctor. The fellows were prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Rebecca was pleasant everytime I called to ask questions or get information.

  Best experience I've had with a unit repair! I called them in the morning when my AC stopped working and they were able to be there the same day to help us AND were able to do so around my work schedule! Tim came out to my house and was professional, kind, had a great attitude, and very informative. He had the parts i needed already with him and had my house cooling back down when he left!

  Tim with Dr Cool was excellent. Our AC froze up last night. They were able to come the following day. Tim accessed the problem immediately and had things up and running again. Also gave us an estimate on replacing the inside coals
  Very professional and would use them again
  Nothing worse than your AC going out in the beginning of SC summer
  Thank you Tim !!
