This is a copy of the email I sent to the Sports Center regarding their Biddy Basketball program:
    Good Afternoon.

My son participated in the last session of Biddy Basketball on Tuesdays. On almost every session, older kids came in for the last 10-25 minutes of their practices and used the court. Not only is this completely distracting to the kids playing, but also to the parents trying to watch their children play. The coach asked the older kids more than once to leave. They did for about 5 minutes, then returned to the court where nothing was said. I did not complain and despite this, we signed up for another session for Wednesdays because we were told this session was so much better.

The same thing is happening and last Wednesday was the worst yet. The older kids started coming onto the court at 5:30 and were so loud and distracting. They were told maybe twice to leave, which was ignored. I then went upstairs to complain to the young man at the desk, but it didn't matter because nothing was done. Not only that, there were only two other kids at the last session. The $200 {$400 total so far} I am paying for this where we don't even have the full court and the boys can't play an actual game is ridiculous. My son doesn't even want to go today because he feels he isn't going to get the chance to play a game. I can have him play basketball at home for free. I would think there would be a minimum amount of kids needed to make it fair to everyone.

Your response and suggestion for a way to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

The reply I received from Al Morales simply asked me to call him to discuss. I did call him and was told the problem was taken care of and it won't happen again with the older kids coming on the court. I then asked that the program I pay $200 for my child to play an actual game where he doesn't play an actual game is fair. He told me I was yelling at him and he "felt like he was talking to his wife". I did not wish to continue the conversation after this point. Situation not resolved and we won't be doing another program or recommending this facility.

abosolutely disgusted on the treatment Brewster sports center soccer management. Extremely unprofessional and completely deluded towards the fact that teams can actually join a league and win it fairly. The Brewster sports center ownwership should really have a staff review and consider their options. I know I'm not coming back.

I often come to watch fun games even though sometimes I can clearly tell not all games are being called fairly. On December 26th I came to BSC to watch the adults soccer championship game. I entered a game as a fan of my friends team by the end of the game everything changed, I began rooting for the team that was robbed of the championship. The calls in the second half and overtime by the refs determined the outcome of the game. Then the manager himself defended the refs calls at the end of the game. I am disgusted as a fan of the game of soccer, I will never return to BSC as a spectator, coach or athlete. My kids often play at BCS, they themselves will never return. I am highly disgusted and apauled. The manager himself needs to step down or revaluate how he runs his leagues, I hope the owner does not agree with the unfairness and biased practices of the manager. Please beware !

By far hands down the most corrupted men's soccer league I have even partaken in. The owner ( Al Morales) along with the refs he hires are some of the most biased people I have ever met. I highly recommend that no one spend not even one dollar in this league

Possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had, the refs are biased and the individual(al morales) running the adult soccer program is clueless and lacks authority. The refs and manager(al morales) of the league are of Hispanic dissent, and highly favored the teams that are of Hispanic dissent. I would highly advise against anyone that is considering to make a team in Brewster sports center, it is a waste of your hard earned money ($1225).Especially when the games are being fixed, alternatives are house of sports in Ardsley ; and ontrack sports in Tarrytown. These two establishment are fairly run; it is worth the money you pay.
