Went in around 10 a.m. on Valentine's Day. Was told that I could place and order but wouldn't be able to pick it up until after noon. Look, I understand that a florist is very busy on Valentine's Day and on any other day this probably isn't an issue. But if you can't help a walk-in client, then don't expect that person to be happy or to be back. I'm not saying that you shouldn't go there. I'm just saying that I won't be.

I called Brady Street Florist to order flowers for a funeral. It was a tall order since, one, I am a florist and owner of a flower shop in another state; two, the flowers were for my sister and three, I will be there to see it. AND, I did not want it to look like a traditional, stiff, FTD, funeral design with common flowers. My sister loved all flowers and loved her garden. Brady Street made me a lovely, showy gardeny design with the prettiest hydrangea and a great assortment of garden flowers. It was natural and free flowing, exactly my style. So appreciated her work and extra care in my order! She handled the order just as I would in my business.
