Prices are insanely high compared to Indy Trading Post or Plainfield Gun Shop. Customer service is horrible. They don't care about customers or keeping them. I'll be going to Indy Trading Post from now on. I'd go to Plainfield but I'm closer to Beech Grove.

Bad experience: trade in- ? They try to give you 40% of value seriously. So I try to buy gun out right & they come down $10?? really??. So I go to Bob n Plainfield. I traded gun & paying 100 out door for same gun at this place.. I will not be back..;!

This place has become a shadow of its former self. My last trip was very disappointing, stock was almost depleted, the staff were rude to customers.

I used to recommend this place to everyone, i would not do so now. I hope they step up their game and start to appreciate their customers again.

Never had a bad experience. Sometimes they get busy(because it is a good LGS), you just have to be patient. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Good selection of handguns.

I purchased a Smith and Wesson rifle from Bradis. I was very happy with how these guys helped me, a beginner to the rifles. A pin came out when firing this weapon the first day I bought it. I brought it back, and they showed me how the pin sat in there, and they put in a different pin which fit better.

They are worth a visit, and worth purchasing from. very good customer service. I will go back in the future.

Great service, helpful staff, and fair prices. I have bought two handguns from here recently and was very pleased with the care I was given through the decision making process and purchasing both times. Unless I'm looking for something they cannot order in for me, I intend to buy my entire future collection from the great people of Bradis guns.
