My favorite tap room in Eastern NC. Always a great selection of brew on tap. There’s also selection of wine if beer isn’t your thing. I’m not a home brewer but they have a big selection of supplies on hand and a wall full of bottles for every taste. Live music & pot lucks. The owners and staff always make you feel welcome. I definitely encourage you to stop by when traveling through the area.

Excellent beers on tap, friendly environment, lots of take-home selections. Parking isn't the best Reminds me of a college party with all the cars on the grass. Overall a good experience.

This is a one-stop shop for home brewers and wine makers. A huge variety of hops, grain, yeast, brewing equipment, chemicals, adjuncts and whatever else you may need!
Don't see it on the shelf? Just ask, and they will get it for you if possible (that includes specialty beer and wine that may not be available anywhere else in the area).
Call in and order a special keg for your kegerator on Monday, and have it that week (sometimes the next day).
There are 12 taps at the bar of craft beer and ciders that are always changing and a variety of bottled wine. Definitely something for everyone!
It is a family friendly environment, so children are welcome. Band nights and food truck nights are busy and a lot of fun!response / report this review -

Came to see a friend and his band play, was delighted by the selection and the service of microbrews. Tasted more than a few; I'm not a beer connoisseur or anything, but my wife and I definitely found something we liked.

Let it be known.Brutopia is a one-stop shop for ALL homebrewing needs. Massive selection of grains, hops, yeasts, adjuncts AND equipment. Also an abundance of knowledge flows in and out from the great patrons DAILY. Come get your goods for your next brew day, and while you're at it, grab a pint from the 12 rotating taps! Oh yea, and a sixer or bomber for brew day!

Not a home brew supply store. Just stopped in expecting to get some gear. Was very disappointed. However if you like beer they had an amazing selection of bottles

My fiance and I love this place, the bartender is friendly , nice and very knowledgeable. They always have a great selection to choose from and it's super clean.

This place is a great example of the "small town local spot". The people who own/work here know their stuff and everyone who goes to enjoy a beer seems to know everyone else, or they will soon. On top of all that, the selection is great, prices are what you would expect for what you're getting and there's always something going on. From live music to homebrew demonstrations to potlucks. It's just a great spot to hang out.

Best homebrew store around. Good selection of bulk grains, white labs liquid yeast, and hops. Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of beers on tap and decent bottles available too.

By far the best craft beer scene in the New Bern area. Only place to buy home brew supplies. Great selection of bottled beer, and some wines and draught selections. The staff cater to you and make sure you feel welcome. And so do the fellow patrons in there! You never feel like a stranger. Comfortable couches and hand made rustic furnishings. Usually live entertainment on the weekends. The one bummer is the outdoor beer garden area is more of a smokers garden.
