I am writing this to warn anyone not to buy from this place. We ordered bowling shoes from them and when they arrived they were torn and used. When we tried to return them because of the condition they came in they refused to take them back and blamed us for the issues. I have attached a video for you all to see what kind of products this company sales and please avoid buying anything from them!

Unprofessional customer service! After not receiving my order, i received my full refund with a note from customer service stating " We issued you a full refund. You apparently never listened to me or any of our reps. We specifically stated this item was new and were were waiting on Hammer and its distributors on this item. We also specifically listed this item for you so you could get it on order with customizations. Your order has been refunded in full. Please refrain from contacting us ever again about this."
