I must say Boston Cremation is an amazing company to have do your cremation services. They have done My mother in 2019, father in 2020 and my brother this August. When I called to make arrangements for my brother Victor recognized my voice and asked if they had done services for me before. They are very professional and their customer service is top notch. However sad it may be to have lost 3 family members in as many years it speaks volumes that I have used them all 3 times.

I was overall very happy with my experience with Boston Cremation. Their marketing was generally clear and straight forward, they were efficient, sensitive and responsive. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was that I was initially disappointed that the "alternative container" was not made more clear to me. I was expecting some type of an urn but instead got a black box with a gold seal for my dad' s remains. They were, however, very helpful in arranging a military flag, and the box ended up being fine next to the flag and a picture. It just would have been nice not to have been "surprised".

Boston Cremation in Mansfield handle the cremation of my wife. They were extremely professional and handled the cremation efficiently and quickly. I was able to obtain the ashes in time to have them available when my family were all at my home.

They went out of their way to help me with the death certificate. I made an error when filling out the form on their website. When the certificate was available, I obtained a number of copies and noticed the error. I called Boston Cremation and they helped me by taking the correct information and interfacing with the authorities to have the error corrected.

I recommend Boston Cremation very highly.

5-star rating for everyone we dealt with at Boston Cremation. At an obviously difficult time for all of us involved, the team we dealt with at Boston Cremation demonstrated compassion and empathy every step of the way. We pre-planned our ceremony & cremation and we’re able to do pretty much everything over the phone or electronically without having to go to the facility which was very convenient for us. It was the deceased’s wish that we do something respectful and dignified but economical and not extravagant. Virginia, our funeral director, was very professional and understood our needs and was very helpful presenting options and meeting our goals.
