They have a great selection of boots and coats. It is a good size store with a good variety of things. The staff was very nice and helpful. My husband and I both got some boots. I liked it alot!!

High prices and not a very good selection of boots for people who know what they want. Literally pulled two pairs of boots off the shelf that had mud on the bottom of them and very onvious wear. They are an "ok" store if you are in a pinch for western wear, but we still to the stores out west for what we want.

I'm not super into boots but had to get a good pair for a wedding. They have a good selection in many sizes, and the employees were very nice and willing to answer questions.

I liked that they give a 10% discount for military and for events (ie weddings)

Though perhaps not their fault, I didn't like that they only had 12 and 13 sizes, and no 12 1/2. I was borderline 12 and needed to somewhat settle for a boot that was a larger 12 or small 13. I didn't ask if they could order something in, but needed them soon so didn't ask. Their selection of 'wide' shoes was also fairly non-existent in my size range.

Overall very pleased with my visit here

Nice folks and a lotta boots to choose from. And I wanna support my local businesses. But I wasn't able to find anything of higher quality. Imagine a hand fashioned boot of top grain leather, stacked leather heel, fashionable stitching, and genuinely comfortable once your heel reaches the insole. Ok, so it costs several hundred dollars. Is no one in northern Kentucky willing to buy such a boot?

I guess I'll wait for my next trip to El Paso.

Been going here off and on for years. They have a wide selection and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I always look for a particular kind of boot-EH rated, toe protection, slip/oil resistant, shallow tread, and for the top to go only a little above my ankle. All that in black and made in the USA if possible. Unfortunately all that narrows down my options quite a bit. Thankfully I have a few models I can choose from when visiting this fine store.
