  The staff was exceptionally helpful. I brought in a pile of things I wanted to ship and an address. They took care of everything else: provided the perfect box and bubble wrap, wrapped it all up for me, taped it, filled out the forms, and recommended the best shipping options.
  
  They only charged a few bucks for all of the shipping materials and their own time -- the bulk of the cost was for Fedex's shipping rates.
  
  I was very impressed and will definitely return here for all my shipping needs. Thank you!

  They are SO nice here! Friendly, helpful and they make sure that everything is exactly how you need it done! The service here is excellent and just 20 million times better than the awful (and RUDE) UPS Store in Fallbrook. I will ALWAYS head to Bonsall for anything I need printed.

  Ok, yes, the owner and long time business associate are eclectic and have a somewhat unusual sense of humor. That being said, being a long-time Fallbrook resident, I have come to expect and enjoy this. I like the fact that there is some interpersonal dialogue and camaraderie in our fantastic little village, unlike the complete lack thereof in most larger communities. It is reviews like some of those here that remind me of why I live in Fallbrook - elsewhere people hide behind computers and anonymity. I doubt any of the whiners on this site actually said anything while they were at this business and instead ran home to their keyboards to write a scathing review. For those of you who mirror this behavior - feel free to stay in your over-populated, over-built, cookie-cutter communities and continue to make corrupt politicians and housing developers rich beyond belief. I, for one, love the unusual aspects of Fallbrook and have had nothing but good experiences at Bonsall Postal and Imaging, including a recent nearly hour-long assistance while my wife and I were getting a Life Scan to be able to volunteer at our children's school.The problem with Bonsall Postal and Imaging isn't the personalities working there - it's the bitchy, hypersensitive, hypercritical little whiners that don't have the capacity (or compassion) to appreciate real people.

  I was in a great mood when I walked through the door. The attitudes of the two working there were really poor. I was definitely an inconvenience to them. The man called me a "pain in the butt kid", although I'm guessing he was joking there wasn't really a lot of jolliness in the air to confirm my suspicion of hilarity. The two kept passing me back and forth, and the woman didn't even look at me when she was talking. She was too busy trying to take care of her personal issues on the computer. I will never return to this store. Ever.

  Seth is the man. Lindsay is a joy. Used plenty of postal places and had plenty of face palm experiences with those other dumb minimum wage staff. Spent even more time with other places sorting all the wrong mail outta my box. But this place is the best. Father/Daughter operation that provides personal service. Bingo. Owner/operator run so no stupid mistakes.
  Amber you need to take your business elsewhere and stop writing in all caps. Never had a complaint. They have my mail up for me before I walk in. Been slinging my mail since 2004 and they have always been a pleasant experience. Seen them every week since then.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! THE MAN LAMINATED SOMETHING FOR ME AND IT LOOKED LIKE CRAP! HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR THE HORRIBLE WORK HE DID. AND WHEN I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT HE TOOK OFF $1.. WHAT A JOKE. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A SMALL TOWN. I SHOULDN'T OF HAD TO PAY A DIME FOR HIM RUINING MY WORK..I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE KIND OF WORK THEY DO HERE
