We had scheduled an appointment online, which was really easy to do, and we were set to meet our salesperson the following day. When we arrived for our appointment, we were directed to Rick and he blew me away. He was direct, honest, and sincere. He gave equal attention to me, my wife, and our youngest daughter who is 3. I can't say enough about how we were treated there. Everyone was kind and warm and made you feel like part of the family. After the paperwork was complete, they gave a tour of the dealership and introduced everyone. It was so different from any experience I've had purchasing a vehicle, and other dealers could learn a few things from these guys here. This was by far the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle! We went in to look at a specific used car for our daughter, and it couldn't have gone better. Rick was amazing to work with. He was easy to communicate with through text messages from the first appointment to finalizing financing. There was no hours waiting around in the showroom on a Saturday. Drove into the express lane on a Thursday lunch hour. They came out to me immediately. I needed my car back quickly to go on a very long journey. They were fast and courteous and offered info on best wiper blades to install as well. Excellent service for sure.

Purchased 2008 Dodge Caliber 60,000 miles. After 3000 miles the car was brought to our mechanic for an oil change.
The car needed a Tie Rod and a rear main oil seal.
Bonneville did replace the Tie Rod, but not the Rear Main Seal.
Oil was all over the under part of the car from the engine to the gas tank as the car was losing 2 quarts of oil per 3000 miles.
There is no way all that oil was missed during inspection, not to mention the Tie Rod. Another example of why a dealer should not be allowed to put Inspection Stickers on used cars.
The Rear Main Seal has been replaced at $1000.
Do not "Trust In Bonneville" I will NEVER do business with them again.
I just leased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bonneville & Son. This was the the 3rd Grand Cherokee I have leased from them and they continue to exceed my expectations.
I did thorough research on the Bonneville & Son website before contacting them and I knew exactly which model/color/package I wanted. Once I came into the dealership we quickly came to an agreement on price and the whole purchase process was completed in under 45min.
The staff here is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership.

Rick Goulette was very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed to buy a car. He walked me through options of buying or leasing, new or used. He was very patient while I tried to make a decision on my purchase and he explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and took the time to get to know what I would like and what would best suit the needs of my family. He even helped me set up my favorite channels on the radio! I strongly recommend that you go see him if you are looking for a car.
Tom was fantastic. Hands down the best car salesman we have worked with. He presented us with a realistic offer when we asked for pricing, and we only had to negotiate a tiny bit to the price we really wanted to pay. Everything was turned around in 24 hours. This is the second vehicle i have purchased from Bonneville, overall they have been great and have had no issues with them. Pat Walsh was my salesman both times and he is a no pressure great sales person. we chatted several times over several months about a new car to lower my payment. several times he was not able to make the deal happen (a deal that made me happy, no problems on Bonneville's end) but he stayed in touch. Pat did not force me to come in every time he had a new deal he would run numbers and call me, that way he didn't waste my time. overall great experience and would definitely go again.
Allow me to start by saying, Gary Crane was excellent. I never felt for a second that he was trying to up sell or force product on me. He listed to what I was looking for and worked hard to make it happen. My wife and I have a young daughter, and Gary was more than accommodating to our family's needs. As we all know purchasing a car is a big expense, and Gary did everything in his power to do what I asked. He was patient, kind, and professional. I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for a straight forward, honest car buying experience. To finish, each and every individual I worked with throughout the purchase was excellent. My wife (Beth) has always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. She went to see Mike in Feb 2017 as referred to by a friend and left with the Jeep of her dreams. I've been a loyal Toyota fan for years. I decided to look at the new Dodge Ram trucks. To my surprise, the quality of these trucks have come a long way since the last time i looked at them. I checked out a few dealers and just didn't get the warm and fuzzies. Stopped into Bonneville and Sons to look at a Ram they had right out front. The selection they have is mind blowing! They've got everything there! Walked into the showroom and met Rick Goulette, great guy, no pressure at all! That's huge for me! He was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Gave me a great deal on my trade (2015 Tundra Limited). Everyone over there was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up a 2016 Ram Sport and they made the entire sale very simple, again, without the high pressure and bogus sales pitches. Rick went over everything with me about the new truck, all the gadgets and toys that i was not familiar with. Going into this purchase I was a bit jaded. My first ever car buying experience resulted in 6 hours at a dealership and some serious anxiety issues when it comes to dealerships. I was referred to Bonneville by a co-worker when my lease was nearly up, and I was looking to get into a nice 4WD SUV. When I walked into Bonneville, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Ricky, and we felt like he did all he could to get us into the car we wanted, and even sped up the paperwork process so we could leave in time to make an appointment 40 minutes away. Ricky was very low pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile for us (even if it meant potentially getting into trouble with his boss). I would definitely tell everyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Bonneville. Its definitely worth it.
