Though the Laser Tag was good and kids enjoyed, we had a bad experience with the staff. Not very friendly overall. Would not recommend to my friends.

Kids love this place as there is laser tag , tiki golf and few arcade games. My son has been here couple of times for his friends birthday parties and always had fun.

I had a blast at this place. I found a great Groupon deal, and took my two nephews (ages 16 and 13) here (I myself am 25 years old), along with my friend who is 24 years old. We played one round of laser tag and one round of mini tiki golf (indoors). First, the laser tag game lasted much longer than most laser tag games I've ever gone to as a child years ago which was awesome. The arena is much bigger than you expect it to be for the size of the building from the outside. I loved it. The mini tiki golf was so cool. It is under black lights and everything glows neon colors. When you walk in you may think the mini golf seems small since it is all very close together, but trust me it's not. The holes are challenging enough that it takes some time to get them, but you have tons of laughs while doing so. I'm a very tough critic, I've been to many other establishments where I've had unpleasant experiences or didn't like the place. However, Bonkerz is a great time for everyone. I do note I did not use the arcade as I only went for laser tag and mini golf so I cannot comment on that. But, I can assure you I will most definitely be back.

We had a great time playing laser tag! It was a lot of fun for the children and adults as well. The arcade games were also what you would expect, very fun! The rock climbing wall is a little small, but it is a good choice for the little kids. We didn't get a chance to play tiki golf, but it looked very cool with the lighting. Great staff and great experience at Bonkerz!

If I could do no stars I would. Management is horrible, absolutely rude! I believe that the older woman that was yelling at children and parents is the manager. It's called customer service and the entire staff need a huge lesson in it.

Best place to go and have family fun with your kids! Great prizes to get with the tickets as well plus you get alot of tickets for each game you play!

We hosted my son's birthday party here. The children and the adults who accompanied them had a blast. I'd definitely consider hosting a party here again in the future.
However, one thing to be aware of is that you will be charged for each playing adult along side their children ($6 per game). Many of the adults jumped in a game to have fun along side their children or to encourage a shy guest to play. The young staff working there and assisting the game didn't mention any extra charge at the time. We were shocked by expense due to adults playing ($18) and being charged an extra $25 for an uninvited sibling who tagged along with their mother.
Also edited to note: That upon sharing my surprise about the additional expense, Bonkerz reached out to me to clarify my upset and try to make sure that I was 120% satisfied. They do strive for complete satisfaction from both parent and child.response / report this review
