  Very courteous, accommodating, and reasonable. The tech came out to repair our fireplace, was very timely, checked it thoroughly, and worked for two hours but only charged us for one because he was unable to fix the problem. THEN, when the problem was fixed, Hellers did not charge us for the second repair time. I really appreciated their service, and will definitely continue to use it in the future!

  have had heller's gas for a couple years now and they have always treated me with respect when i call in. they are very nice and willing to help me out with whatever i need. the prices are very fair and have always kept me in gas

  I've been with Heller's gas company for about 4 years now and I find them to be an excellent company to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their deliveries are always on-time and their computer system is very accurate in estimating usage to determine the next automatic delivery. I would highly recommend Heller's gas to anyone - from a BBQ gas bottle refill to several thousands of gallons for residential or commercial use!

  Was on automatic delivery, and somehow ran out of gas! The guy (I think his name was Jason or Jaden) argued with me over the phone when I told him our tanks were low and needed filled he said their computers know how full our tanks are and that they'd be out before they went empty. Well, they went empty and we went 2 days without heat. Then the woman who came out had a major attitude, and they charged me for the "lady" coming out after hours for something I tried to prevent. These people are out of control and need to be investigated.

  Totally not happy. It was our fault for not checking our tanks but when we were almost out we called and even paid up front for delivery was told someone would be out that day and they didn't come and we ran out. I called to see when they were coming and told them someone said they would be out that same day and no one came and didn't even get an apology. They could have at least said sorry and we'll be out right away. Now I can see why others have posted bad reviews.

  Great service when I was a customer. When I moved and was told that they would come out and measure and I would be reimbursed for what I did not use, things changed. I talked to multiple kind customer service reps from Nov - December on the reimbursement that was not happening. Today I find out that since I had a promotion from the start of my service and I would not receive a reimbursement. That would have been nice to know in the beginning. His response, they have green customer service reps that don't know this and I spoke to a manager and 5 Customer Service repsI'm just very disappointed with Heller's.

  We have had Heller's Gas for the past 2 years, I could not be more satisfied!
  They are very accommodating and have A+ customer service. It is truly a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you for always doing such an outstanding job!!!

  New Customer, very professional service plus they gave my neighbor a credit for referring me. I was with my former company, Masons for 12 years and had a lot of issues with them over the years; running out of gas, billing problems and it was difficult to contact them.
  I've heard from my neighbor that Heller's Gas is a good company and she is very satisfied with them,
