Erica did a wonderful job. Best cut I've ever had. This place is beautiful and their customer service is wonderful.

Super cute salon. I don’t mind the no kids policy at all, I wouldn’t bring my child to the salon with me in the first place unless he was getting his hair cut, so I feel like it’s only fair for those of us paying for babysitters while we get our services. It may not be a popular rule with everyone, but I appreciate it. But, Amber has been amazing. I got a keratin treatment and then she took me from almost black to strawberry blonde and made sure my hair was perfect and healthy in the process. She is awesome and I will recommend her to everyone! I will certainly continue to see Amber as long as I am in the area!

I was extremely disappointed with this salon. There was hair on the floor from previous clients (no longer even in the building) the shelves were dirty and the atmosphere was bland at best. If I could give zero stars I would. I was hoping to find a salon to love, but was more disappointed than I have been in any salon. On top of the general feel I also had trouble because I was having kids cuts. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my sons hair cut double checking they would/could do so without the use of clippers.During the scheduling, and then check in process I was never informed of there child policy or that they even had one. Having gone on the recommendation of another mother who has brought her children to have cuts, I never would have assumed of the policy. I had to bring my infant with me as well, and even checking in wasn't informed of the policy. During my 2nd sons cut they chose to let me know that I wasn't allowed to have my infant whom I was holding with me, and she made talking noises several times but never cried, never got upset just excited by the lights very happy excited. The way I was informed was being told that others had paid for child care and that I should have as well. which is both tactless and rude. All of this could have been simply avoided if while scheduling or even when I walked in I had been told I'm sorry but our policy doesn't allow children under x age in the salon. I will be reporting to better business burrow. As policies should be posted in plane view and made clear from time of scheduling. I would have been EXTREMELY happy to not come into this salon EVER. I'm sorry that hearing a baby talk is offensive and that you can't tell the difference. I paid $50 to let my kids have a great haircut experience or what should have been trying to show that haircuts are a great thing. I don't take my children to supercuts because they deserve better. On top of everything else they also cut the back of my sons neck by using clippers with no guard. I don't care for the use of clippers at all, but the stylist asked if she could clean up the back of his neck. Now after the fact having gone to the webpage and looked at pricing I was also overcharged. The website lists kids cuts(which if no children allowed shouldn't be listed) as $18 and I was charged $23 per child.

I want to start off by saying this was my first experience at this salon. I had just mentioned that I love the no kid policy and how it is amazing to be able to relax without screaming kids like previous experiences at cheap chain haircut places. I came to a spa to be pampered and that's what I was receiving until the previous reviewer Bridget brought her two sons and infant child into the salon. Her two sons were well mannered but her infant was crying and fussing and she never once tried to calm her down. I have two kids myself and respect others by maintaining control over what they do. My stylist walked over to her and quietly ask her to please try and quiet her baby. She rudely made a smart ass comment to her infant that was heard throughout the salon. After she left, I got to finish enjoying my experience. I received amazing customer service, professional work and a mostly peaceful two hour pampering session. I am sorry that Bridget felt like she was targeted but if u want a Supercuts experience and price go there and not to a salon and spa. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting to get massages, hair, nails or facials!!!! And thank you Erica for my new hair-do.

Lower prices than other salons I've been to in town, offering. Knowledgeable staff and happy faces willing to go the extra mile. Sarah is the manager and my stylist, does a fantastic job every time.

Very clean place, inviting staff, and good prices! I'm terrified of hair cuts because of horrible experiences in my past, but I got a perfect cut and style here!

Fantastic, super fun and friendly. And I got my hair cut exactly as I love to wear! And I've had the same hairdresser for 20 yrs, so this was a huge factor for me since recently moving here.

Shelby puts the BOMB in Bombshells. She is absolutely awesome! I can walk in there and vaguely describe what I want and she makes my hair look perfect! I love this place and will absolutely go there everytime I need my hair done! I have never had any problems with the customer service, everyone is very polite, and the salon is very neat and clean! You guys are awesome! :)
